GoogleJudge for yourself: is this "unrelenting customer experience"? I requested house viewings during either weekday evenings or weekends and was told "we need to keep them within office hours". When I agreed to take time out of my lunch on a busy month to view a property, nobody from Blair Cadell arrived. The reason? "There appears to have been a mix-up in the diary for today". Scant comfort, I'm afraid. Very disappointed.

Buying a house can be a very stressful time and experiencing this inconvenience must have made it even more difficult for you. Unfortunately diary mix ups do - very occasionally - happen as it is a busy time in the Edinburgh property market at the moment. From initial engagement and pre-conveyancing work via Jamie Sole/Kirsty Thomson that was friendly, efficient and pro-active (including re-negotiating following a glitch on your part); through to the thorough & professional legal work and missives for selling via Ross Dunbar.
