We had a great experience from start to finish and recommend Aberdein Considine in the strongest possible terms!We initially intended to only use Aberdein Considine for our purchase, having been referred on from another firm who were unable to act for us on a prospective purchase. Once we got started with Evelyn handling our purchase, we ended up switching everything (purchase, sale and finances) to Aberdein Considine and never looked back.Jordan and the property team were so impressive with their professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. It makes such a difference to have the trust that things are being handled with the utmost of competence and that at each step, you are receiving the best of advice.Ashleigh handled our legal work and worked quickly and efficiently to conclude things as swiftly as possible, communicating with clarity and approachability throughout.Finally, having been referred to Aberdein Considine's in-house financial team by the property team, Chris and Noreen made the process of porting our mortgage and securing extra borrowing as close to effortless as such things can be, and further established the trust that we were in safe hands.Buying and selling property is stressful at the best of times, and there are always unforeseen bumps and delays along the way. Abby managed viewing appointments and accompanied prospective purchasers, keeping us informed at each step. The entire office staff were well briefed and able to answer any questions we had. Working with Jade in selling our home in the Southside was great. She was extremely responsive and supportive through, at times, a tricky sale. Would definitely recommend.Update November 2023:Had to update this as following the completion of our house sale we were contacted by Aberdein Considine a month ago telling us that we were undercharged and that we owed £20. This was entirely their mistake as it was they themselves that took their fee directly from the house sale. To be chased several times and threatened with a debt recovery team over their admin error means that I can no longer recommend their services. During the sale they were grand to deal with but the fact that months later they demanded we pay for their admin mistake has left a sour taste in our mouths.

We had a complex selling and buying situation which Danielle excellently guided us through, staying in constant communication and providing updates as soon as she could. Aberdein Considine helped us from start to finish. Karen was our mortgage advisor and was fantastic. Caroline then helped us with the purchase of our first home and myself and my partner could not believe how stress free they made the whole process. Jordan called us just to finalise everything and answer any questions along with Callum who also worked along side Caroline with any questions we needed answered. They certainly exceeded our expectations on how smooth and quick the process would be. Would highly recommend them and we would not go anywhere else in future

Sold our property through the company and it was such a positive experience. Alison was so efficient with everything, from booking viewings to providing helpful advice throughout the process. Douglas and Hannah were our solicitors and were on the ball with the legal side of things. During a stressful time, all the staff involved made the process smooth sailing. They were on top of everything at every stage and also communicated very well with us throughout. Highly recommend for selling your property.

Having used the services of Aberdein Considine previously, we were confident that they would be the best estate agent and solicitor to guide us through the recent sale of our home and purchase of our next home. Stirling branch manager, Stephen Simpson was excellent from the off and had our home on the market extremely quickly and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The team were great throughout and kept us fully updated on all viewings, feedback from viewings and offers made. The online sale tracker was also a brilliant feature. Our property was sold after just 6 days on the market and Stephen and his team made the whole process as straightforward as possible. Would absolutely recommend Aberdein Considine to anyone looking to make the sale of their home as stress free as possible!

Jade was our acting solicitor, who always made herself available to answer any questions we had (of which we had many as first time buyers). We are thankful to have had someone acting on our behalf/in our interests to such a high degree of care and professionalism, particularly given our utter lack of knowledge in the process of purchasing a home! We also used their mortgage brokering service, with Michael able to get us a better rate than what we could source on our own. All in all, a positive experience all round.

We used Rory Taylor Aberdein Considine to arrange our mortgage, the estate agents to market our property and as our solicitors for our sale and purchase of our new property. We had a few issues caused by our buyer and the whole team could not have been more helpful or reassuring. Jade Kinninmont was our solicitor and we also dealt with Zoe Watson on a couple of occassions, they are both knowledgeable and approachable, they reply promptly and really helped us through the whole process. We instructed AC to handle the sale and purchase of our new build property. We were impressed with our solicitor, Valtemes Santos. He was on the whole very responsive and went through any detailed questions my wife and I had in a very thorough manner. He displayed high levels of professionalism in what were at times tricky aspects of the transaction. We owe him a big thank you for his hard work, dedication and consummate professionalism. We would definitely recommend Valtemes for anyone who’s moving property and looking to instruct a solicitor. Great job! :)

We used the Westhill branch of AC&Co to market and sell our Steading and to purchase our new house in Westhill. Our Steading was under offer within a week and the new house the same a week later. Gillian and the wider team including Samantha, Paul and Robert on the legal side did an exceptional job for us and we were moved into our new house in 9 weeks. We sold a flat in Edinburgh prior to selling the Steading and it was an altogether different experience with a different Agent. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Westhill Branch of AC&Co.
