The Byres Road Team were great with selling my mum's house, with feedback and updates. I also used them for conveyancing so everything under the one roof and no problems or delays

TrustpilotIgnore the professional positive reviewers
Ignore the professional positive reviewers and do not deal with this company. They do not respond to emails or calls. They have had my remortgage proceeds and not passed on to me. There cannot be any excuse for this.

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs , taken 4 months on a simple re-mortgage , double charged on interest payments due after redemption statement. No one replies to emails , endless calls waiting over 30 minutes , no one calls back

TrustpilotSlow
Been renting from Aberdein Considine for a year now. They are very slow at maintenance requests leaving us without a fridge for over 3 weeks and unable to repair a tumble dryer for a year. They have very poor communication skills.
