I am an overseas landlord based in Hong Kong and I met Ken by chance. He is very professional and provides a service which goes beyond your average letting agent. I have been offered many life and money saving advice from Ken regarding the location, pricing and miscellaneous matters for a profitable buy-to-let.
Professional and friendly, it's not hard to imagine that tenants would also feel very much at ease with Ken and confident that they are in safe hands.

View Agents1LET - an excellent property letting agency
We have been clients of 1LET for over a year. We had been with another Edinburgh-based agency for over 10 years, but moved to 1LET seeking a more appropriate balance between the needs of ourselves as landlords as those of the tenants. 1LET have struck just the right balance and provide confidence that our home is being taken care of in a professional manner. Their communication, both personal and on the bigger picture of what is happening in the rental sector, has been excellent. I have been impressed with the standard of service which I have received from 1Let. From the very first conversation, I found them to personable and easy to get along with. As a first time landlord, I was explained all the next steps in great detail. I also liked their approach to find tenants, with the emphasis on people who were likely to rent for a long period of time.
They took care of eveything from advertising to vetting potential tenants while keeping me in the loop at every stage. Although I have dealt with 1let for a relatively short period of time, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Indeed, I plan to retain their services for my future properties.
