GoogleI have had dealings with the property shop as a landlord letting my property as well as selling my property. In each case the property shop were thoughtful and professional. They dealt with issues pro-actively liaised successfully with other parties involved, such as solicitors , buyers and renters in such a manner as to speed things up. They have an overall can do attitude.

GoogleNot recommended. Illogical valuation of comparable properties based in their size & finish. Does not seem to know area that well eaither
Dear Darren, We’d like to thank you for the opportunity to visit your home and provide a valuation. We’re disappointed that you didn’t find our assessment of the current market value to be correct as we take pride in providing the most accurate and realistic valuations that we can. One of the most important factors when preparing a valuation is to research comparable properties that have recently sold in the immediate area. When this research was done we found that a property across the road that is of comparable size and condition had sold for approximately £850,000 almost 12 months ago. The combination of this property having a larger/more desirable garden as well as current market conditions being tougher currently than 12 months ago, led to our valuation of £835,000. You mentioned other agents had valued it for £900,000 (or more) previously, so we can understand why you may have felt our valuation was off-base, but we only value properties for what we feel they can be sold for, and not only what will appeal to the vendor as this doesn’t help the vendor actually sell their property. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we wish you the best of luck with selling your property in the future.
