We purchased a house through Bridge Estates Agents after a chain had fallen through. Long story short, we needed to act fast to keep the chain together. Caroline was very clear and honest about what was expected in order to keep the chain together. Caroline made herself available many times for us to visit the house to check things were in order as the house was empty. As usual in house moves, additional questions were raised at the last minute by legal teams which jeopardised exchanging contracts within the time scale. Caroline helped clear many matters up with umpteen phone calls or emails often outside working hours including 8pm on a Friday night. I do believe if it wasn't for Caroline's dedicated commitment and constant chasing this house sale would have fallen through. If you need to sell your house, this is the agent to go with. They really care and go the extra mile to get sales over the line.

What a find! Edenbridge has a few agents to choose from, however, The Bridge and more importantly, Caroline came highly recommended by people in the town. And wow, she didn’t disappoint. Like other reviews said, she was always at the end of the phone or text. Polite, professional and personable. Caroline and Charlotte helped sell my house in September 2024. As it can be, it was a stressful time, but they were excellent in helping me negotiate the difficulties along the way. They arranged viewings efficiently, even on a bank holiday, and always replied the same day to any enquiries I had. They were even at hand when I locked myself out of my house on completion day! They were a breath of fresh air and incomparable with an agent I had the misfortune to deal with at a different company, when trying to purchase an onward property - beware, old fashioned, lying and manipulative agents are still lurking out there! Reading through the reviews, I just can't believe we're talking about the same estate agents? The customer service is dreadful. I had to chase constantly for information. Unlike other agents, I went weeks/months without a curtesy call to reassure me they were still actively trying to sell my property. I've used three estate agents in Edenbridge in the past and The Bridge is firmly at the bottom. I also had issues with market and property knowledge. When I walked into their office, the words I heard were "I can have tenants in there tomorrow". Two months later after chasing, it turns out we couldn't rent as it's Grade 2 listed. So we decided to sell then came a long period of silence. We had to leave because we're just getting nowhere with them.

What an incredibly positive experience!
