I recently had a property valuation with Reeds Rains and wanted to share my experience. From the outset, Rhian was very kind and attentive, taking the time to understand our situation, gather the booking details, and really listen and explain what I needed to do. That initial interaction set a very positive tone. Although it didn’t proceed to a sale, I also want to thank Nicola-Jane for taking the time to value the property. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly very experienced. Her understanding of the local area and current market conditions really stood out and gave me confidence in the advice she provided. She explained everything clearly and made what can often feel like a stressful process seem much more manageable. Had things moved forward, I wouldn’t have hesitated to choose Reeds Rains. Thank you again for your time and support.

A 5⭐️ service from the most professional, helpful and caring members of staff at Reeds Rains Eccleshall. They made putting our house on the market smooth and easy, their communication was amazing and the effort that was made to ensure our sale went through was over and above. We had a long wait with a few bumps in the road, but Rhian, Nicola-Jane and Maddie were incredible throughout the process. We can’t ever say how grateful we are for how hard this team worked to ensure we completed on time and the effort they made to support us. I highly recommend the team here at Reeds Rains! Highly recommend - professional and empathetic

I rented a property through Reeds Rains and dealt with Thom - who was brilliant! I was in a tricky spot having been given notice to leave a previous rental due to landlady returning and he understood the urgency of a move, but also took into account me still needing to be in the area for my children's schooling and work. He communicated with me well throughout, and found me my ideal place which we all now love!

Over the last 5.5 years Reeds Rains Eccleshall have managed a tenancy agreement and then the sale of my property. The staff at the Eccleshall office have been outstanding, all of them. They have not only managed the daunting process professionally and reliably but they have supported me personally helping to explain the process and just being available to talk to when there arose situations I was just not familiar with. Property management/sales are not always straightforward for those who are not professionals and I can not recommend Eccleshall Reeds Rains enough for all the kindness, support and professionalism they have shown me. Horrendous!

The response to my initial review (posted on 28th November, below) is as unsatisfactory as the service. Whatever the company claim now, I can evidence all of the concerns I listed. Further, almost three weeks after the moving date, problems persist. The fridge and freezer were not working and the tenant lost £130 of food. He is still without a working oven and has no access to the electric meter to obtain an initial reading. The latter is especially concerning because the hot water tank heats up constantly and then drains itself: imagine how much this is costing! Various items are broken (door handles, toilet seat) and there is black mould around the windows, very unhealthy. The tenant is facing Christmas with a microwave meal. How unacceptable is this! Happy Christmas, ReedsRains., , , , , -Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, for myself and the tenant for whom I acted as guarantor. Annabel Gilbey was the nominated negotiator but emails and phone calls to her went unanswered. On one occasion, the tenant drove several hundred miles for a viewing, leaving home at 5am but no-one turned up. A phone call would have been helpful. Sending a text when the negotiator knew he was travelling was not. We were sent repeated requests for information, money and urgent legal confirmations - none of which were necessary had the negotiatior or her colleagues acted professionally. The Branch Manager Justin Barton must bear the greatest responsibility for this. My concerns can be evidenced if this is necessary.

salford quays barance were the worst letting agents we have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with, if you can avoid them I suggest that you do. the move in inventory was a work of fiction with not a single fault or damage mentioned and the flat was filthy with numerous items of damage and disrepair that they are now trying to claim from us after moving out and leaving the place in better condition that we moved in Jessica was so tardy at arranging repairs that we gave up. never again would we deal with these people

Lewis the agent was early to the viewing appointment and gave me time to wander throughout. He called when he said he would, and was very helpful throughout.
