Secured a tenant quickly and always on hand to resolve any problems or questions during the tenancy. GooglePoor communication, and inaccuracies in email correspondence. Property was kept on all channels after the offer was accepted. Following documentation sent through, and solicitors agreed, received an email to say they had received a cash offer which had been accepted. Poor professionalism all round. Avoid.
