Ten is by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. Sabrena has gone above and beyond in supporting me, especially when I was being harassed by an energy supplier over a debt I didn’t owe, she stepped in and really helped me through that stressful situation. She was also incredibly kind and supportive when I was unwell recently. Jordan has been fantastic, from the initial viewing right through each inspection, he’s been consistently professional, friendly, and personable. The whole team at Ten have been fantastic, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been a client for TEN Property Agents for a few years now and I cannot give higher praise to everyone there for how amazing they have been to me. From when I first met Peter years ago looking to rent a small house in St Neots to now living in a bigger place with my other half, they have all been great. Sabrena is outstanding!!! When you read reviews on social media or advertising you always take things with a pinch of salt. Your told how perfect everything went. We found Ten property Agents by complete chance whilst having my hair cut. I had been to the other agents on the square and found the typical, bombard you with properties even thou they don't fit what you looking for. Ten were upfront and said we don't have anything that ticks all our boxes despite all their properties, and upfront and discussed how they didn't fit, but still gave us the opportunity to view them with suggestions from there experience with what we could do at those properties. This impressed us. They listened to what we wanted. So discussing our current house I was impressed by how the qualify leads, manage appointments and the photos of there properties. The photos have to have the correct perspective, and not deceive you on size. Having the other agents stock photos and then viewing properties, your always feeling disappointed when you view them with how big rooms really are or gardens space. So Sabrena asked for the oportunity to show us what they can do. As photographers we were impressed and instructed them. Well true to there word, photos were great, and they vetted potential buyers to just 4 in just over a month with the 4th making the offer that we would accept. We didn't want endless people coming through our home although it was an option offered. That's the easy part for agents. The hard bit and where Ten really excelled was the after sale management and getting things done. Keeping the chain informed. We had multiple issues with the house we were buying and eventually had to withdraw, but Ten came into their own. The gave us honest advice on properties we looked at. No phonecall went unanswered and really supported us through what is extremely stressful. Due to one issue they even offered to pick up paperwork from our bank to make the dates happen. This I can tell you really impressed us and relieved some considerable. This review couldn't just say how good they are in just a few lines. So , in a nut shell, if your selling, you couldn't do any better than Ten Property Agents. Took so much of the stress out of it all. Thank you both for your help. I will point out that despite missing out on the monthly grand draw, although January is still to be drawn �, they became a valuable and needed friend. Thanks Ten.

I have now been with Ten Estate & Letting Agents for approximately 2 years. Now sufficient time to reflect and evaluate the service that I have from them, having being reluctant to give a review right from the outset in case their standards dropped over time. However I received quality advice and guidance throughout, and this has been consistent. Even during the restrictive COVID times, they worked within the guidelines to ensure that The tenants and I were updated regarding all aspects of the letting. Their charges are very fair & they seem to know their way around the different external organisations in the region to find solutions & allay any worries or fears regarding the property. I have also been very impressed by the communication from the Agency and their ability to find suitable qualified workmen to carry out any repairs should the property require it, at a price that is competitive. Having been with other agencies previously, I have found Ten Estate & Letting Agency to be the best to date.

"An OUTSTANDING service!" We came across Ten Estate Agents by chance after browsing property online. After a quick call and one meeting we were really taken by what they had to offer. We quickly sold 2 apartments (one of which was on the market with other local agents for over a year!) and bought a house through Ten so we were working with them for the best part of 9 months. During that time there wasn’t a week that went by that we didn’t hear from them. We were always updated and nothing was left to chance. They were in complete control of each chain and they were always one step ahead. We were particularly impressed in how they negotiated for us, overcoming any hurdle. For someone (me) that has done property developing as a living, trust me, this is a rare thing. To have that much confidence in an estate agent doesn’t come round very often. It was a pleasure to work with them and quite honestly a relief. Buying and selling can be stressful but this was not the case. Between Peter and Sabrena they have every based covered. A very confident, proactive pair that run a very slick operation that get results you want. Do yourself a favour and give them a call, I guarantee you will not regret it. A massive thank you to both Sabrena and Peter for their hard work on selling our property. We were with another agent (not our choice as were doing a help to move for a new build) who wasn't getting people through the door, so we decided to end our help to move and go independently and give Ten a try. I can honestly say I am so glad we did! They had viewings for us within days and we sold literally straight away. The knowledge they had on the areas was brilliant which was a great help.
