GoogleHolly has gone above and beyond to help with renting out our first residential property. Very informative, helped me fill out all relevant forms as a new landlord. Holly has also been recommending me contractors to use as mine let me down last min. She has answered every call and many questions i have had. She always has a smile on her face and nothing is too much hassle. I wouldnt use any other company to rent out any future properties Thanks again :)

GoogleWhat an excellent team. I put my property up with them and they sold it within four weeks. It had previously been up with another Eastwood estate agent with no success. So thank you David and Adam. Also Lianne who unfortunately couldn't help us, but tried so hard.

Had to give one star… would have given -5 if possible.I rented a property at short notice and without viewing as the previous tenant was refusing to allow viewings.On the day of my move I was struggling for time and had arranged a van for removal etc.Upon seeing the property I felt sick at the poor fit and finish to everything. My biggest concern was the garden which was advertised as low maintenance and perfect for alfresco dining. It’s a bomb site but I was told the landlord was aware and I was given assurances that this would be rectified within 2 weeks… I’m now on my 7th week and still no sign of the gardener .Avoid at all costs

GoogleAbsolute disgrace of a place Shouldn't be allowed to operate and I would advise anyone to use another agency. Reported to the ombudsman regarding the way they like to use scare tactics 😔

GoogleWe were recommended by a friend to use Burchell Edwards while purchasing our first home and more specifically, given the name Lee Peck to ask for. We could not be happier with the assistance and support we received from Lee all throughout the whole process and would highly recommend him to anybody purchasing a new home, especially first time buyers like us! TrustpilotAwful estate agents. AVOID!!! HOLD ONTO YOUR DEPOSIT FOR WEEKS.
Awful estate agents. I left a property after 2yrs in a clean and tidy state. Painted the walls, cleaned everything. Landlord agreed, said to release the full deposit to me. Thats where the fun started. Since then, a month ago almost, I have been led on a merry dance by Burchell Edwards trying to get back my money. 10 days is the legal requirement to get back your refund. Not 4 weeks. And still no money!!! Final report was written up within a couple of days of the release of the property to them. Someone else is in there now, so they have their deposit and mine!!! I have complained to Birchell Edwards every day since, to no avail. I've complained and opened a Resolver case (Burchell Edwards have a number of these ongoing with the company as they have them already preloaded)The tenancy ombudsmen are now looking into the case as this is disgusting and flagrant withholding of funds. They have all the required information as I have seen it in my emails from the company and the landlord.

They deserve a zero star , the worst company ever cheeky liars dont get involved with them , they arranged a view for me at 4.30 , I took a taxi was there by 4.25 they rang at 4.26 apologizing saying due to the vender and we need to rearrange the view , they did it 4 minutes before the time , unprofessional bad people , rude manners who hand up and dont take complaint they just do what they do and to hell with clientsdont wast your time on wasters like them

Absolutely disgusted. Landlady refused to repair several dangerous problems. Left me and my 2yo without heat or hot water for 3 weeks in Jan-Feb. Eventually forcing me out by raising rent 12% knowing I couldn’t afford the increase as I was 36 weeks pregnant then marketing it at 25% increase in the rent I was paying.All because she had a leaking toilet replaced and decided she didn’t like it (after refusing to let them do it for 5 months) and I asked them to wait to replace the new one until after I had had the baby as I couldn’t go without a bathroom for another 4.5hrs.Renters beware, they will protect landlords from any legal action you would be able to take against dangerous homes and sleazy landlords.Who leaves a woman homeless at 38 weeks pregnant with a 3yo… that’s it, BURCHELLS

This company is rubbish. Called for viewings on 2 properties only to be told by John in the Tamworth office that they are awaiting to confirm whether they are doing the viewings or the vendor themselves. After constant chasing, they booked the viewings nearly 2 weeks away to say that this is when they will be starting the viewings. I then found that the properties had been sold. Only to receive a phone call a few days later from John with his pathetic excuses and apologies.I'd stay well clear of this company. They are liars and a waste of time!!!

Put our property on the market for sale with Burchell Edward's at Eastwood Nottingham. They had a set of keys, arranged all the viewings and accompanied all the viewings. Kept us in touch all the time with what was going on regarding the different offers from prospective buyers. Found us a buyer, felt like nothing was too much trouble. Acted as a liaison between us and the buyer. We're very pleased with the service.

GoogleDocuments where produced well. However, before we managed to post them on the internet, we had sold the house to someone down the road who simply knocked on the door. Pleased with the sale. Not sure the Service from Burchell Edwards was worth there commission. Basically they didn't have anything to do really. Burchell Edwards were always polite, but the team did not always now where things where.... "have we got keys?".

GoogleI have used Burchell Edwards several times over the years mainly for the selling & buying of residential property. I have recently used to find some rental property in the local area and have to say they have been exceptional! Holly in the Eastwood office has helped us find a rental property that is perfect. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly recommend Burchell Edwards.
