GoogleJust recently concluded purchase of an individual new build house in Botley. My experience with White and Guard and in particular, Becky Steel has been excellent from start to finish. Becky looked after all my viewings, this was great from my perspective as Becky understood my requirements, priorities and preferences, making for more selective and meaningful viewings….and when it was time to make an offer, reach agreement and conclude the purchase, Becky worked above and beyond with myself, the legal teams and the developer. Really appreciate the client oriented service from White and Guard and Becky Steel, superb!!!

GoogleWhite and guard have been a fantastic source of professional local knowledge. Our house had been on the market for a long period with corporate estate agent, with a lack of the much desired result a sale. When we looked to switch we looked to entrust in white and guard. Darren, Ollie and his team bent over backwards to accommodate us in the early stages of getting our house to market with their team. All of our appointments were professionally managed and completed in a timely manner. We have suggested white and guard to our neighbour who is looking to sell soon. Cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleI have been house hunting for many months in the area and dealt with most of the local estate agents. I have been most impressed by W & G. They are really helpful and assertive to notify of new properties into the market- there communication was excellent- Sarah was particularly outstanding, and if in the future I am looking to market my house I will be using them because as a vendor I would be confident that the service they offer is a very proactive one in selling property and acting on behalf of their clients best interests. The variation in service provided by different agents is astounding!
5 star service white & guard - thank you

GoogleWhat an amazing team at White & Guard Fair Oak Southampton. Our experience throughout has been to a very high standard but particularly since Becky and Alex joined the team our experience whilst finding a buyer for our home and locating a property to purchase has been outstanding. My husband and I are delighted to state that this team of negotiators have been highly motivated at every stage and have been very approachable, supportive and highly experienced at every level during our sale and purchase. We will highly recommend this estate agency at all times due to the highly experienced team. Thank you.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I are first time buyers, exchange and completion happened today which couldn’t have happened without the amazing team at White and Guard Fair Oak, specifically George the estate agent and Leanna. They both made our first house buy so easy and smooth! We were constantly updated throughout the process and no question was too small or silly! On meeting George at the house we have now brought, he was so friendly and warm and answered all our questions! He’s an asset to the team for sure. Then Leanna got in contact with us and honestly couldn’t have asked for someone more helpful! We had a few bumps along the way but Leanna was more than determined to help and get things progressed. Leanna is just amazing! Thank you so much to everyone at White and Guard who helped on this exciting journey for us! Would definitely use White and Guard again!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought our lovely new home from White & Guard in Fair Oak on 6th March. Their standard of service really was a cut above the rest. We looked at number of properties and so dealt with agents from various local Estate Agencies. The White & Guard experience was so much more professional but with a friendly touch as well, especially as we had no idea what we were doing. Nothing was too much trouble.
We received regular updates from the team who liased with our chosen Solicitor as well as keeping in touch with and passing on messages from the Sellers.
We will be selling our previous house shortly and will definitely use them. George , Leanna, Chelsea and everyone else from White & Guard in Fair Oak thank you so much for all your help. You really are the 'Rolls Royce' in this profession and I'd be happy to recommend your services any time.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
