Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

This is an estate agent who often has there phones switched to answer phone. They have not kept me informed of what is going on. Even when I complained to them. I would not recommend them, if you are looking for good service.
