Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same! Even asking more recently for a recommendation for a good, reliable local plumber Rhys replied within hours and his plumber proved to be just that. An easy 5 star recommendation.

As a tenant I've had a really great experience over the last 3 years in the same property.1: Rhys has been my primary contact from the day I was shown round my flat. He responds quickly to questions, is efficient and friendly. He's a real asset to the business. 2: The Beals online property file is a very useful tool for tenants. It lets you upload pictures of any maintenance issues that might arise, and schedules visits from contractors. It also allows you to view your tenancy details.I'm very glad to be with Beals; Rhys has made the experience a very positive one. We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. We exchanged today and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Beal's in Eastleigh. The whole team went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. They are both professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Alan was fantastic from day 1, helping us and supporting us through each step. He is a real asset to your company and makes it all look so easy at the same time. Mandy the mortgage broker was fabulous and again nothing too much for her to do, all with a friendly smile. Muhammad has been absolutely fantastic with helping us in our search for an apartment to rent. Prior to this, I was overwhelmed and fed up with viewings and not being satisfied.
