GoogleTyrone was excellent from start to finish with the sale of my flat. He would always chase matters up on my behalf, would always keep me updated with how everything was progressing and would answer any queries I had. He did all of this with a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. This is indicative of all my dealings with Town and I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleAdrian and Simon were exceptionally helpful. I struggled to get down to Eastbourne but selling my elderly aunt's flat was a breeze with their help. They went out of their way to help me and we achieved the sale very quickly. Their help didn't stop once the sale had happened. Adrian helped me get meter readings, collect keys etc. all of which would have been extremely problematic without assistance.

GoogleVery bad experience. I called to visit 6 properties, since I need to buy cash, a property, and after 5 days they told me that they were not accepting more visits because they were all in review of offer. I asked them to please send me the properties they did have available and they never responded to my email.

GoogleHaving previously worked in lettings myself in London, I choose very carefully from a selection of agents when I arrived in Eastbourne. Over 8 years I have always found Town Rentals to offer a quality service and provide a good standard of tenants. They are always friendly, but professional and I have found them be flexible to meet my particular needs. I feel my property is well looked after and my concerns over management are eased.

GoogleFriendly, efficient and professional service. I was selling a flat which I had bought through them 18 years earlier. The negotiator I dealt with then was still there!! The sale was not a straightforward one, as it involved a resident tenant and a lease extension. They secured a buyer for me on the first viewing. It was agreed just before the Covid-19 lockdown, so not the easiest time to sell, but the staff here went above and beyond during this time to ensure the sale progressed smoothly, providing a reliable point of contact between myself and the buyer throughout. GoogleBuying and selling a house is very stressful but Town Property do everything they can to make life easier, they are knowledgeable professional and above all committed to getting the best for their clients. This is the third time we have used Town Property and we keep coming back for this reason In our latest move the upward chain very complex and Adrian did an amazing job of keeping everyone in the loop and rallying round to get things on track. GoogleCancel viewing a property last minute. We arrived at the property on time, I called them to inform that we were already in the area and was just informed that time that the landlord had chosen already.
Dear Ida. Apologies that this appointment was cancelled at short notice. Unfortunately rental properties are going so quickly and the landlord wished to accept a tenant and did not want anymore viewings. GoogleOn trying to sell our property, Town property never returned calls, never updated us on progress, and were not personable or professional. We felt like we were intruding should we dare to call them. Agents showing us around properties for sale were not clued up about property and didn't seem interested in assisting unless a sale seemed imminent. Staff very aggressive and showed no skills in dealing with people. Very disappointing service and experience.

Furthermore once you had agreed a sale on your property you also agreed to purchase a property through ourselves, but you subsequently lost your buyer. GoogleI have been deal with Town rentals property and rent flat for 1 year in Eastbourne. So far I never had major issues, everything went smooth till the rent is end of contract .
