We have started working with Town Property a few months back in a commercial capacity and have found them to be extremely professional and friendly. Very easy to work with!

I have used this estate agent twice now and found them excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and kept me in the loop at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This agency manages the rental of my flat as I live abroad. They are very professional and trustworthy. They look after everything and keep me informed about everything I need to know. They give me all the explanations I ask for. And even when I ask them a personal favour they take time to help. Especially in this difficult time we are living in now. I'm very happy to have chosen this agency and can recommend it warmly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

First property purchase. Very friendly and professional. Adrian showed us the property and helped us through the offer process. In his absence Robert and Paul were helpful as well. Easy to contact and talk to. Thanks a lot.

After a very stressful move we are over the moon after finally exchanging. We had george as our estate agent and he was very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. Having him during this move was a saving grace! Would highly recommendPositiveResponsiveness

James and his colleagues go above and beyond to provide a first class service. Why bother with other agents when Town Property are available? Competitive fees, excellent communication and thorough. Could not be more pleased.

Bought my House through Town property, great experience all round. James the agent was the perfect Gent, balancing professionalism with friendliness etc. Its a testament to him that I never envisaged buying form anyone else, and similarly when I sell I wouldn't sell through anyone else.

We have successfully bought several properties through Town Property over the last few years and have been impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. We now have Town Rentals as our agents for letting the properties and cannot speak too highly of their service. They are in constant contact with us (we live in South Africa), and furnish us with regular reports on visits to our properties, if ever a problem arises it is dealt with speedily and efficiently and we can recommend them unreservedly.

Town Flats sold my flat for me back in 2009. The service I received was first rate, from the initial visit and valuation from Simon right through to completion working with James. The team were keen to help and got my property out to their network immediately. Within a week my flat had sold for the asking price! We then used Town Financial to sort out our mortgage on the new house, which all went through quickly. I can't recommend them enough.

Having used Town Property to buy our first home recently, we have been 100% happy with the service we received. Though primarily dealing with James (who was excellent!), any queries etc I had with other members of staff along the way were also dealt with very promptly and professionally. All in all, TP helped our first buying experience to go as smoothly as possible - based on the service we received, I would certainly recommend dealing with them.
