They continued to provide us with full support and guidance to ensure the process was successful and went smoothly. We had some hiccups on the way with the sale falling through but they were fast acting and we were back on track quickly again. The fact that it was being sold by attorneys and that there were several intractable issues relating to the status and position of the property did not faze them. They sought and found several very creative solutions to these problems and managed the negotiations with the client, the buyers and other 3rd parties with great aplomb. They have overseen my sale and purchase with complete professionalism coupled with personal interest. Their handling of viewings and negotiations significantly reduced the stress of selling, while they kept both my solicitor and myself fully informed of progress on my purchase, handling the whole process with competence and good nature.
