GoogleAwful, awful company. The worst customer service we have received. We had to travel 1hr 20 min to a house viewing only to be told when we arrived, that the house has been sold few days ago.
They booked us a viewing appointment for another house, even though the house was SST on rightmove, and on the appointment day they called to cancel it.
Ok, third time lucky we think?! We book another house viewing appointment with them again. The estate agent arrives, hooray! And he CAN'T get in as he has got wrong keys. Another agent arrives with a set of keys and they are also wrong.
So we end up wasting 3 hours of our travel time.
