GoogleThey never get things fixed in properties they let and let out damp flats too. I would not use again. However, they get 2 stars as they did at least attempted good communication throughout my tenancy, apologised when they got it wrong, but they never managed to get anything fixed, i.e. damp issues for over 9 months, this could have been the landlord, but they did next to nothing to change it either. I guess the scrapping of tenant fees has made letting agents rethink how they treat people.....

The scrapping of the tenant fees has no relation to how we operate, it has honestly made no difference at all to our business, it purely helps tenants by removing some of the fees tenants used to pay out for, so please do not think that the fee ban somehow played any part in your experience. GoogleSadly Emma has been completely unreliable from start to finish, major concerns with our property that affected daily hygiene and safety yet this proved to be no concern of our agents. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Home Sweet Home can only treat this as a vexatious review as we are unable to identify 'Tiny Little Kitchen'. Home Sweet Home is a professional organisation. We pride ourselves on delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

GoogleYou absolutely did provide a horrific service, I completely agree. You forced us to live with a faulty sewage pump for months, which made the place stink of shit at all times. Unprofessional contractors and office staff made it impossible to solve, so we moved out

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Matt and Steve from Home Sweet Home, they sold my late uncle's flat , it was a tricky sale as flats can be sometimes but they made it very easy and stress free which was fantastic as it was a difficult time , and to know that the sale was taken care was a great comfort to me and the rest of the family, highley recommended AND sensible valuations and fees, thanks HSH

Dear Mr Evans, Firstly, WE ARE NOT RACIST. So we find your 'review' to be factually incorrect and therefore a rather unnecessary scathing attack. We actually have family members who are disabled (some still alive, some have passed away) and we have friends with disabled children. We also have numerous vendors, landlords, tenants and purchasers of every conceivable race, colour, sex and ethnic background etc. So your ridiculous comment carries no merit whatsoever. Secondly, sadly many applicants who hope to rent or buy a property are not successful. This is never the fault of Home Sweet Home. Based on a shortage of available property, particularly rental property, landlords often have a choice of applicants to pick from. Lastly, there is a saying in the property world of "what will be, will be with property". So why you've decided to burn a bridge after spending just a few minutes with Home Sweet Home I feel is very short sighted, as a suitable property could easily have become re-available and we could easily have been helping you.
