We highly recommend buying through Fox & Sons Langley. Eddy Tate and his team of Chris, George & Harry all provided an excellent professional service and were always easy to reach by phone & very quick to answer emails. Eddy in particular went above & beyond to assist us in our purchase when some problems arose by liaising with our solicitors & the vendor’s solicitors to solve those problems to our satisfaction. Also the local Eastbourne solicitor Eddy recommended proved to an excellent choice. Both Fox & Sons and our solicitors have expert local knowledge of the Sovereign Harbour area which is invaluable. Had a great experience with Fox & Sons from start to finish. Eddy was excellent throughout, always quick to reply to emails, easy to reach on the phone whenever needed, and there to answer any questions along the way. We originally tried to sell with a local independent estate agent. They Were useless, Six weeks and one viewing . We then contacted eddy From Fox & Son, Who Reassured us. Eddy was Amazing. I would recommend him 100%, He couldn’t have done anything better. He laid out What was needed for us and what they would provide in return . The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from initial discussion to viewings and feedback, they kept us in the loop with clear and consistent communication. As we got closer to the final stages, the branch really stepped up to make sure everything was in order for a smooth exchange. In August we moved in our new house, and this is thanks to Nick R. from Fox and Sons. Nick was our mortgage consultant, he was very helpful and was in touch with us all the time, keeping us up to date with everything. Despite the fact that at first we had some problems with our credit score, but it was not our fault, .... when we found out what the problem was, Nick guided us step by step on how to solve the problem and we were accepted by the lenders. I want to thank Nick for all his help and I highly recommend him, he is a true professional.

We have just used Fox’s and Son’s mortgage services as first time buyers. After having some difficulty with the bank due to a complicated work status and incompetent staff, Nick Romanowski quite literally came to our rescue. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, he solved our problem so quickly and put our panic at ease. We would use his assistance again in a heartbeat and really wish we had asked for his help sooner, rather than attempting to set up a mortgage on our own. Ultimately, in a tough market, they sold my mother's flat. The first estate agent we appointed was unsuccessful, so we switched agents to Fox & Sons (Langney). Quality service from a quality agent. Had my flat on the market with another agent and after 6 weeks and 2 viewings I decided to get these guys involved as well. Harry Dyer came over and was great at explaining the process, fees and the plan to sell my place. He explained what they do differently and how proactive they are. Once signed I was passed over to Chris Knight who had me a viewing within a week. From what I gathered from the viewer it was one that Chris had to really convince that seeing my flat was the right move for him. The guy offered there and then and at asking price. 3 months later iv just exchanged and we move in less then a week! Unbelievable work all round and I could thank the guys enough!

We considered moving in august so started looking before putting our house on the market. we found something we loved on Fox's books so we gave them a call for a viewing. Harry showed us round the property and we knew we wanted it. Within 48 hours we were on the market with some fantastic photos of our house (I almost didn't want to sell it after seeing them). By the end of September Fox's found us a buyer. We exchanged before Christmas and are now in our new house. A big thank you to the Team at Langney Fox's, Harry, Chris and Eddy all did a great job with excellent communication at all times.

Harassing me with phone calls when iv asked them to stop more than once

I asked fox and sons to come a do a valuation of my late father’s property. I have then been phoned 20times since asking if they can put the property on the market for me. I asked them politely to not phone me any more as it’s on the market with a different estate agent and to take my details of the system. They said they would I have since then received 5 other phone calls from them and each time been told they will take my of the the system. I have had three calls since and each time I have asked not to be phoned and they keep phoning me. It’s getting to the point of harassment now. I would stay clear. They clearly don’t listen to peoples wishes and feel it’s ok to continue to phone someone when they have been asked not to. If only they put the same amount of effort into selling a property ( they had my old house on the market two years and had about three people for viewings.

Terrible service, avoid!

Terrible service, would not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could! There was no feedback following viewings, zero communication or market updates, and I had to point out listing errors multiple times (including the lease length being incorrectly shown as zero years!). I only received a brief, non-committal apology. I’ve now withdrawn the property. I wish I’d gone with an independent originally, someone who actually cares.

Continuously hassled even after asking multiple times not to be

The estate agent that came to value my property needed more customer experience. He asked very intrusive questions, was rude about other estate agents valuations, was very pushy and I felt I had to be firm when I said I am only wanting a second opinion, not for them to market my property. I asked not to be contacted by them and I would be in touch if I needed their services. In the weeks following, the decision was made for me not to use them as I was contacted via telephone at least twice a week, pushing me to put it on the market with them when all I’d asked for is a valuation. When I asked multiple times to be taken off their contact list, the message clearly didn’t get through as I was contacted a further three times after this. No voicemails were left - just missed calls from an unknown number.
