GoogleAfter needing to move home fairly quickly due to my tenancy coming to an end, Ancells stepped in very quickly for me. They made my whole moving process very smooth and gave me absolutely nothing to worry about! Kelly made me feel at ease the whole time and remained nothing but professional throughout the whole process! Having two small children, this helped me out massively!! Since being in my new home Ancells have done nothing but support me and been at the other end of the phone no matter what time! Queries have been dealt with in under 24 hours which again is amazing! On my key collection date, Kelly gifted me the most beautiful little home move box packed with lots of goodies! Even little treats for my children. I honestly couldn’t recommend Ancells enough. My dream is to buy my own house in the future and I know I will only be going through them now! Thank you for everything Ancells! GoogleThanks to Kelly & her amazing team for all their help in finding & securing a new property to rent. Finding out I had to move 2 months before my sons GCSE'S were starting was incredibly stressful. I was desperate to get settled in somewhere at least a week before so he could relax a little before exams. Kelly really cares about her tenants. She made this happen & I am so grateful. Having rented with Ancells for the last 3 years I can honestly say that their customer service is exceptional. Any problems or issues that arise are dealt with with immediately. You really feel you are in safe hands. Thanks Kelly you made a very stressful time much easier to bear.

GoogleI have just taken on Ancells Estates to manage my rental property in Eastbourne. They have been very helpful and arranged the transfer of the existing tenants from my old management company quickly and with minimum fuss and bother.Their fees are reasonable and their communication has been excellent throughout. GoogleKelly was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The property we have rented was spotless and in great condition and the landlady is amazing, just as Kelly said she was. All of the paperwork was handled with professionalism and ease and she made the whole process as stress free as possible.
