GoogleAs first-time land buyers, we found the process initially overwhelming and struggled to find an agent who was approachable, supportive, and genuinely informative, until we connected with Claire. From our very first phone call, she was absolutely outstanding. Claire took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, set realistic expectations, and made everything feel manageable. Her warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm were truly refreshing and made the entire experience a pleasure.
Her follow-up emails were just as impressive, thoughtful, reassuring, and full of helpful guidance. Thanks to Claire, we felt confident and at ease as we began our journey to find the perfect piece of land. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent!

GoogleI came across The Land Agency after an online search to find someone, who wasn't an estate agent, to sell our plot of land. David called me and was open and honest about all aspects of selling our plot. His knowledge is absolutely priceless and extremely heartfelt and professional. He really understands the business for all its pro's and con's and gave me some really good pointers on how to go about selling. I would not hesitate to recommend The Land Agency to anyone needing expert, honest advice.
At this moment in time, unfortunately, they don't come as far as Berkshire/Hampshire but I now feel I have a lot more information (much more than any estate agent!) to know where to find potential self-build buyers.
Good, genuine, honest advice and no fluffy sales talk. Thank you so much.
