The sheer lack of attention from this agency is so evident from the minute of first interaction. You get promised multiple call backs from the manager who’s supposed to be looking after the property you’re interested in seeing/viewing and these calls never happen. Then I state to the call handler that when you pass the message to the manager to ring me either before 9.30am OR after 3.30pm (NOT INBETWEEN AS I WORK) What do I get??? Calls at 10.20am and no voicemails left. Then finally I touch base with the manager at a very inconvenient moment and it was arranged between Toby (The Manager) and myself to call back on Saturday (22nd Feb) and guess what, Never got the call!!! Terrible agency in need of a lot of work in understanding new clients and property buying. Don’t rate these guys, very amateur. I would suggest look around at more established well put together agencies that read the memos and follow through with the task assigned.

I very highly recommend Premier Lets&Sales! We recently purchased a house through them and I was extremely happy with the customer service received.Roma was so professional, always there to speak to even when she had days off.Our Sale was very complicated and I felt that I had loads of support and help from Roma. She was very friendly, very organised and quick, made our purchase very easy.Roma was constantly communicating with us and the estate agents and solicitors and I cannot recommend her enough!Tobias was also very professional, let us view the property several times and was very friendly during viewings.I have already told friends who are looking to buy about Premier Lets&Sales because they are excellent and they are truely amazing. I felt that their customer service was outstanding and I recommend them so much.Their communication skills are brilliant which is so important when you are purchasing a property.Thank you so much we were able to purchase our dream house because of you!!

We were really pleased with the service throughout. We'd never sold a property before. We chose this agent and to do our own viewings as it was a fixed fee, this worked out less than a third of the price of some of the other agents we spoke with. Doing our own viewings was no problem, and we had 2 offers within the first few viewings, the only thing I’d recommend is politely declining if a potential buyer wants to exchange telephone numbers! Whilst the price was the initial draw it was meeting Roma that made our decision to sell with Premier lets & Sales. She dealt with our sale and was extremely polite, professional, sympathetic throughout the whole process, our buyers became quite difficult towards the end of the sale and Roma made herself available to talk to even on her days off, which we really appreciated! The interactions we had with other staff were all friendly, and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service provided and the end result, so would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to sell their home, if we decide to move again they will be our first choice. Thank you! Ross & Fay

Unprofessional, rude and unknowledgable

The worst letting agent around - do not go there, whether you're a tenant or a landlord! Just read all the online reviews on this agent and you can see that the consistent message is that this is a terrible business and to not use them!!! All the good reviews are their family and friends. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Premier Lets, the staff are rude, unprofessional and unknowledgeable and if you have a problem they will not help you! Stay away from them!!!!

Due partly to my husband's work, we have been renting properties for the last fifteen years, and have come across many lettings agents in several parts of the country. Without doubt our best experience has been with Premier lets in Seaford. This is the second time we have used them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have taken the stress out of what can be a very stressful situation, and have done all they can to accommodate our needs and to make things go as easily and efficiently as possible. For this move, we have been dealing with Louise, who has been kind, reassuring and helpful in every way, but the whole team are to be commended for their helpful and very human approach, and I can recommend them without reservation. Thankyou, Premier Lets.

I highly recommend Premier Lets - as a Landlord I have used Premier Lets for the past four years to manage my property. They have been consistently helpful and professional; providing advice and updates regarding Landlord requirements and general market conditions when needed. Their rates are extremely competitive too. Thank you.

A first class agent who were thoroughly professional throughout in handling the sale of our house. Their 'Sell it Yourself' deal is excellent value and we would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Lets and Sales to future clients based on our experience.
