GoogleThe worst, took for ever to repair anything, then at the end of the tenancy tried to blame us, damp problem not sorted, broken shower not sorted, broken fence because of bad weather not sorted, then said the landlord was selling up we will have to move, then to find out premier has put it bk up to let, all smoke mirrors and lies, and they knew we had a newborn with rising damp making a room uninhabitable and destroying a £400 wordrobe
And tried to charge for everything to get the deposit back, i left the gardens better then when we first moved in steamed the whole place and carpet cleaned everything, personally they dont deserve a star, just be weary, 7 manor court, check the walls for damp the whole place is rotten

Sorry that you had a bad experience with renting through us.
We have had a look at our notes and see that an inspection was carried out and you were advised that drying clothes inside without proper heating and ventilation would cause condensation and mould. Unfortunately you informed us that you did not want to put the heating on which is understandable given the rises in energy costs over the last couple of years and it was too cold to open the windows. However, this is the only way to avoid condensation etc and is the responsibility of the tenants.
With regard to notice and selling the property only for it to be put back on for rent, we are instructed by our landlords what they want to do with their property. Landlords change their minds for various reasons and often revert back to renting if a house fails to sell.
