GoogleThe best estate agent in every way. I have used them for years for selling and sometimes to buy. Always helpful. Can rely on them to give good service. Would not use any other to sell. Also reasonable fees.

GoogleA funny time to be buying and selling a house so we were glad we had fantastic advice, support and guidance from the team at R&R - thank you and would definitely recommend!

GoogleA thoroughly professional service but with a human touch. From the valuation of our property to completion the staff were on hand to provide not only a very efficient service but also invaluable advice when needed.

GoogleHighly recommended; an agent who knows the local market and responds quickly to both vendors and prospective buyers. We were particularly impressed by Richard's knowledge of and long association with Alfriston.

GoogleExcellent agents. We purchased a property through them in 2021 - they were both efficient and polite. We went from offer to completion in 6 weeks. They have a high quality of personalised service, unlike many agents. As buyers, we felt we were kept in the loop and they did everything possible to move the purchase along. We also received a lovely bubbly gift on completion - a big thank you to the team for all your efforts.

GoogleFrom a seller’s perspective they were very quick off the mark from the initial phone call to listing the property. No matter who you spoke to, all the staff were friendly and efficient and went the extra mile. I especially liked the fact that everyone in the office was up to speed with the latest developments of the sale so you didn’t have to keep repeating yourself to different people. An all round good experience.

GoogleA quality agent with indepth knowledge of the town's appeal to sell to both the local and a national audience. The whole office team was knowledgeable about our property from the outset. Sale agreed within 2 weeks of marketing, and they really helped push through the legals with less than 8 weeks in total from valuation to completion. A thorough team effort, much appreciated!

GoogleFantastic local knowledge of the area and was able to line up potential buyers quickly. Hassle free sale and exchange. 4 stars as we did loose a buyer due to the buyer not being informed about the premies going through probate, but all sorted in the end
