From start to finish, Mark., Gareth , Matt and Jon were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt, clear and friendly, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. They really took the time to understand, provide honest , thoughtful advice at every step. We used Jarlands to sell my mothers flat in Peacehaven, and also used Jarlands for our onwards purchase of a flat in Newhaven. I dealt with Gareth and Matt who were always happy to help and answer any of my questions, and more importantly keep me updated. From our initial enquiries to getting the keys to my mothers new flat, the whole process has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jarlands to friends and family, and will certainly use Jarlands again when it comes to selling my own property.

I want to absolutely recommend Jarlands as an estate agent. They were professional, tenacious and thorough in everything they did in selling our house. It took a while to get done, but that's a reflection on the market, not Jarlands. They generated a huge number of viewings, both IRL as well as on the net and finally all their work brought fruit. I have had the absolute best experience with Gareth, Matt and Mark at Jarlands. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to support me through the whole process of buying my home. Of course, as with any house purchase, there were a few bumps along the way, but every single time, the team were straight on it, proactive, and kept everything moving smoothly.
