I’ve recently purchased a house in Hove and Ben Heasman was my contact at Fox & Sons. Ben kept in regular contact, returned my calls and quickly came back with answers on my many queries (which was challenging as the owner lived abroad). Ben was always friendly yet professional and I can honestly say I rate the service he provided higher than that of my own estate agent. If I was ever to sell my house Ben would be the person I’d contact, he is a credit to Fox & Sons and a very valuable member of their team.

I recently purchased a flat in Hove through Fox and Sons. My Mortgage Broker was Rebecca Lake (Becki), and she was fantastic. She was incredibly clear, patient, fast to respond, and found me rates that were unavailable with L&C. She was always happy to answer questions I had, and she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. I always felt like I was in safe hands. I honestly can't recommend her enough! Although Fox and Sons (the agency) were technically representing the seller, they were always responsive, open to negotiation, and I sincerely appreciated Francesca's help getting things over the line.

Myself and my partner recently purchased our first home together. We did this with the help of Rebecca Lake, the mortgage broker at Fox and Sons Hove. Becki has been phenomenal, I sincerely believe we wouldn't have got a mortgage without her help and skills. She has made herself contactable throughout our buying process, and has been always happy to help and answer questions - she even helped us go through our surveyor's report! She really has gone above and beyond for us, and words can't express how grateful we are for everything she has done for us. I think it is worth mentioning as well that I am on a stipend instead of a wage and so it was definitely going to be challenging to get a mortgage, and yet Becki found us not just a mortgage agreement but one with excellent rates and for more than we expected.

I have never thought about the level of difficulties of moving in England, it seems be almost impossible that human beings can control the process without God's help. If we didn't meet Fox and Son Hove, particularly Keira, I probable had already given up the idea of moving. She is such a good communicator dealing with every details and make things move on. My husband and I recently sold and bought through fox and sons and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Ben Heasman and Fran Barnett handled the process and did so professionally and effectively. A few unavoidable moves/staffing changes midway through left us a little nervous but Ben took over the process and was amazing. We had really regular updates and he was so proactive. I've purchased 3 properties and have never had an estate agent chasing so regularly on my behalf (at least not without first being nudged by me). We all know estate agents have a certain reputation but our experience could not have been further from this. No sleeze, no hard sales tactics, no dodging our phone calls - just professionalism, efficiency and friendliness.
