GoogleI used Elliotts to sell a property and they were excellent. Always friendly, dealing with the solicitors and keeping me fully updated throughout. Even when there was a danger of the chain falling apart - which was completely out of their control - they worked speedily to sort things out. Really pleased and quite the opposite of the sort of reputation estate agents normally have!

GoogleDo nothing to challenge the idea that Estate agents are liars. Strung us along with the story that if we signed on with them with our property we would be more likely to get the property they had that we liked. Next thing we know the property we wanted had been sold. Constantly given mixed messages and different stories by Steve.

GoogleVery friendly and efficient to deal with initially, disappointing that near completion got 3 different stories as to why there was a delay in chain. Would have been a nice gesture after completion to send a 'welcome to your new home' card to clients. . A small gesture which can make a difference.
