Really disappointed with my experience with this company. Came to view in a 3-bed semi detached house multiple times. Agreed with them that I wanted to buy this house and went through all the checks and passed. What we initially agreed was on that i would receive a confirmation and reference from the Mortgage helpline and once passed I would be able to put an offer for the house. After the confirmation I put in an offer, and despite being promised to get back to me at a certain time, they kept delaying me on the matter. Then i was surprised to find out another offer all of a sudden (that i wasn’t made aware of, or was in synchronicity) was placed on this house and they were trying to push me to a less desirable plot. After then trying to contact them multiple times, they would not answer my calls and eventually sent me a final email telling me they ‘reserved’ the property to someone else. Not upset over the fact that i couldn’t buy the house, but rather through their communication and delaying tactics, which definitely implied they purposefully just didn’t want ME to buy this house. Maybe I seemed ‘undesirable’ to them even if all my checks and references proved otherwise. Not professional at all, hugely disappointed with their management of these procedures.

Have been visiting the site from the start, as delay on the sale of my house. Finally i have reserved and Tom and Peter have been amazing so helpful and informative. I am very excited to be moving in to the development. It was lovely to pick my kitchen, tiles and have the option for a number of extras. Thank you Tom and Peter for your care and support.

Tom Peter and Joe have all been amazing and I love my new home they have been supportive my whole journey and aftersales has always been first class a wonderful development best move I have done and compared to my past experience with a local new build firm this is how a customer should be supported well done bellway and porters grove staff

A poorly run site. The toilets are never cleaned and the dust was so thick in the day I coughed all evening.
