GoogleWe had been feeling quite overwhelmed in our search for a rental home, facing unnecessary procedures and significant time loss with other real estate agents and landlords. Just one week before our deadline, we found a listing through Anderson Hacking Agency that suited our needs perfectly. We immediately got in touch and had the pleasure of meeting dear Nigel.
Nigel was incredibly professional, efficient, and addressed all our concerns with great care, swiftly handling all the necessary details. Thanks to him, we were able to sign the rental contract and move into our new home without stress.
Both my spouse and I are sincerely grateful to dear Nigel for his invaluable help in finding us the right home within such a short time and for easing all our worries throughout the process. I feel truly lucky that this rental journey led me to meet Nigel, and that is, for me, the most precious part of it all.

GoogleThe first house that we saw with Anderson Hacking was the house we ended up buying. Nigel was efficient, very helpful and informative throughout the process, which was stress-free, very relaxed but professional and punctual too.
Once we had moved into our new home we were gifted a moving in box that included some very useful information, vouchers and some treats. A very generous and thoughtful gesture that we appreciated wholly.
Thank you Anderson Hacking!

GoogleWe have just completed a house purchase through Nigel and we were really impressed with how professional he was. We had been looking for a house for months and we were surprised to see how many estate agents knew very little about the houses they were selling. Nigel on the other hand could answer all of our questions and knew the full history of the property. He was really helpful right the way through to completion day, we are really happy with his service.

GoogleI found Nigel Anderson a pleasure to work with. He was always professional, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. His advice has proved very sound over the protracted period (not his fault!) of my house sale, dealing with me both as attorney and executor. Everything a good estate agent should be, and some.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
