GoogleI can not speak highly enough about Olli, Lee & the team at Yourmove in Beccles. They went above and beyond to make the house sale go smoothly. They solved every difficulty we had during sale of the house with efficiency, good humour and charm. They are by far the best estate agents I have delt with. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I wouldn't have had such a positive experience if it had not been for Maya, Jacob and Oliie and their support and excellent knowledge. GoogleUnbelievably unprofessional! We had to call three times to arrange the viewing of a property. After the first two attempts of being told they would “get back to us” (they didn’t call back once) My husband finally made the third attempt and agreed on a date and time to view the property. After standing outside the property for 20 minutes it became obvious that nobody was assisting the viewing. We called “Your Move Oliver James Beccles” to find out what was wrong only to be told they had no record of our appointment! No, I wouldn’t recommend this business and would give zero stars for their communication skills!

There was one gentleman in particular who I would always go to for future advice concerning anything to do with buying and selling a property. I don’t know his surname but he was called Daniel. Very professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate using them again should the need arise.

Olli was especially patient dealing not only with myself but my parents too and no enquiry, request went ignored. Would definitely recommend the service.
