Everyone we dealt with at Scott Beckett were professional, courteous and efficient. Any queries we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently and they did everything they could to keep the process on track.
We had a fairly long and sometimes frustrating conveyancing process through the chain but this was made easier by regular communication and significant efforts from Scott Beckett to chase up the sales process, staying connected with the solicitors and estate agents within the chain and feeding information back to us. Particular thanks to Debbie and Steve who were on the case for us throughout the whole process.

GoogleHaving dealt with ScottBeckett to buy our first home I fully understand why people hate estate agents. ScottBeckett set the standard in the area!
We were shown our house by Steve and out of the 3 people we'd dealt with he was by far the most down to earth and easy to talk to. He didn't come across as having a rod so far up himself it gave him a stiff neck. He offered help buying our first home that was beyond what you'd expect from an estate agent and he and his team helped us with questions along the process that in reality they didn't need to.
When talking to other members of staff there was a sense of genuine understanding and a want to help. They were always happy to explain various processes and gave rough ideas of when they expected certain thing's to happen by, which turned out to be pretty accurate.
We ended up using the solicitors they suggested and again it was a spot on call on their part.
