Sold in less than a week! Will and Fran have been fantastic, a no nonsense approach making a difficult time for my father in law bearable. Having to make the decision to move closer to family, they showed empathy and kindness. Living 2 hours away it was necessary to have agent to do viewings, which they did, previous experience with other agents failed to deliver previous times being on the market. Would wholly recommend Day and Knight , Will has infectious enthusiasm and good local knowledge. Hard work begins now getting packed up.
