We understand that the reason for your dissatisfaction may be that you recently missed out on renting a property with us. We understand how disappointing this can be. Whilst we sympathise, it is worth noting that your offer was initially accepted and the property was removed from the market, whilst you under-went the referencing process. You signed to confirm that you understood the requirements, however regrettably, on this occasion your application was unsuccessful. The reasons for this were outlined to you and a family member who subsequently made contact with us. We feel that we have been entirely transparent throughout this process and had the references supported your application we would have had no hesitation in moving you in to the property.
