Glyn-Jones & Co East Preston reviews

I recently bought a property which was being sold by Glyn-Jones at East Preston. From my initial enquiry Richard Stern was incredibly helpful and professional allowing me plenty of time and several viewings to ensure this was the right property for me without any pressure whatsoever. I had many questions which he answered quickly and fully and liaising with the seller to ensure I had all the information necessary. In addition whilst Richard was on leave at one point Justin was able to step in and deal with any issues I had so the teamwork was excellent. On completion day Richard stepped up once again and bought the keys down to the new property to lessen the stress for me and ensuring the day went as smoothly as possible. A very positive experience all round.

We have recently bought a house through Glyn-Jones East Preston branch and from start to finish the whole team were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were first time buyers and therefore the whole process was new to us. Richard was always on hand to answer any questions we had and put our minds at ease. There were often times we needed communication between parties and Richard would always get the ball rolling without hesitation. Thank you all for your hard work over the last few months, we will certainly be recommending you to friends and family!

Working with someone like Mr. Ethan Payne is a good experience and has yielded positive results for me every week. I invested my first $500 into bitcoin and Mr. Ethan helped me manage my account to success making $5500 in the first week. It has been an incredible experience from that day on! This wasn't my first time trading but honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined after much loss in the past. God walked me through the entire process from start to finish, which was a HUGE plus! Mr. Ethan made the entire process so easy and hassle-free! I’m very impressed! I will definitely be referring him to you all. You can start making money through forex, NFT, and other stock exchanges right from the comfort of your home. Hi Nadine, Apologies for the delay, I cannot log on to your site and hope this works for you. Thank you for your excellent service , the sale went very well thanks to your help and expertise and we are very happy and settled in our new home! We would certainly recommend Glynn Collins to anyone looking to buy or move! Kind regards and a Happy Christmas. Steve and Chris Sent from my iPad Hi Nadine, I tried but it doesn’t work for me so instead I am emailing our review directly to you, copying your office, in the hope that this helps. “As purchasers, we dealt with the sellers’ estate agent, namely with Nadine at Glyn Jones, East Preston. Nadine was very accommodating, meeting us at short notice for both our viewings. Nadine was patient, helpful and courteous during the viewings, prompt in replying to queries and upfront in our negotiations. We look forward to collecting the keys from Nadine on completion. To date and compared to the many other estate agents that we dealt with in the last year, Nadine stands out as being the most outstanding professional whom we can highly recommend.” Thanks again and our very best wishes for happiness and good health for you and your loved ones over Christmas and in 2021. Michael

I would highly recommend Glyn Jones in East Preston without hesitation! After being with a few estate agents Nadene and her team have made us look at "estate agents" with fresh new positive eyes! Nadene and her team throughout were professional, supportive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am very confident that WITHOUT Nadene personally overseeing the whole chain and keeping everyone informed and resolving ALL issues our sale would have fallen though due to so many unforeseen circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Nadene and Glyn Jones to anyone serious about selling or purchasing, give them a chance, you will be impressed!!

I would recommend Glyn Jones in East Preston in a heartbeat! After viewing many flats over a period of time, the one I eventually found for me also came with the most amazing agent of them all. Donna throughout was professional, supportive and an absolute pleasure to meet - nothing like the eye roll that comes to mind when thinking of 'estate agents'! I would not hesitate to recommend Donna and Glyn Jones to anyone selling or purchasing, and I have the utmost confidence in them for whenever I may need an agent in the future.

Glyn Jones were our vendor's estate agents and we were really impressed with them throughout the buying process. They fully endorsed COVID restrictions which was appreciated. Nadene went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through, communicating up and down the chain daily. She was transparent throughout and always tackled complex situations with a smiling face and positive attitude. We would fully recommend Glyn-Jones and Nadene's services.

Justin and Nadene have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They are always approachable and helpful, striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. Any issues were answered as soon as they were able, and nothing was too much trouble. Justin went over and above what was expected on our moving date, which I felt demonstrated the commitment they have towards customer service.

Glyn -jones have offered first class service from start to finish. Well presented details, 24-7 online presence and regular weekly inspections and updates with professional reviews made the selling process so much easier. Communication was paramount as our property was empty and we were not local to the area. Justin, Donna and the team got the job done, thank you.

A top service. From start to finish swift communication and able to deal with an obstructions in the way. Very rare to get estate agents that pick up the phone so swiftly and frequently never had to once leave a voicemail. I had a particularly great service from Aaliyah who helped with any queries and dealt with everything professionally. Highly recommend 👍

The team at Glyn Jones in East Preston recently sold a buy to let property for me - it was a really difficult one to sell but they worked really hard, both getting offers in initially and then shepherding the sale through the many difficulties I encountered (none of which were their doing). They were simply brilliant and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them over an above the other local agents - they will definitely be my first choice in the future.
