GoogleWe had a deeply unpleasant experience with Rawlinson and Webber, through no fault of the lovely Carole, but almost entirely because of the behaviour of Peter Perrin, the manager. This is the second house we have bought from Peter, who took entirely for granted that we would be selling through him and went so far as to hang up on (yes really) my husband when we informed him that this wouldn’t be the case. He also used tactics such as heavily implying the buyer wouldn’t accept our offer unless we used them. We actually would have sold through them (prior to the bullying tactics), had they not tried to get us to pay upfront for photos (this is not standard practice with estate agents and it doesn’t exactly fill one with confidence that they think they will be able to sell and regain the cost), and then we did digging to see the insane mark up they were trying to charge on both photos and EPC cert. We went with Savills, who were professional and kind. It’s worth mentioning Savills actually bothered to deliver the keys to our buyers with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne. 2nd house we’ve bought from R&W and not so much as a card. Again sorry to write this as the agent we dealt with - Carole - and was very kind.

GoogleI was selling this property as an Executor of the estate which is not an easy task. R & W were extremely helpful right from the start of the procedure. All members of staff were knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with throughtout the whole transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Rawlinson and Webber in Molesey. Sammy was responsible for managing the process and I could not have been more impressed with her dedication, subject knowledge and customer service. Sammy really was outstanding throughout and contacted me without fail once or twice a week with updates, advice and guidance. I hope the home she found me will be where I live for many years to come, but if do decide to move again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in asking Rawlinson and Webber to manage the process for me!

GoogleWe went with Rawlinson and Webber to sell our 2 bedroom flat and from start to finish they have always been professional and prompt at replying either to phone calls or emails. We firstly dealt with Ian and then had the pleasure of working with Sammy, which I would like to praise as she made the whole process a lot smoother and kept in contact with us throughout. I felt like she went above and beyond to keep chasing the relevant people and was always very patient and empathetic with us during periods of stress, which you do not come across with estate agents at times.

GoogleFrom my first meeting with Rawlinson & Webber I found them professional, and courteous. Unlike many other estate agents I have dealt with they were refreshingly non pushy and respectful and kept me up to date with clear verbal and written communications throughout the buying process. My agent Sammy was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend using Rawlinson & Webber as an Estate agent as they are a cut above the rest.

GoogleBeing a Molesey resident for several years I know that there are a fair few estate agents in Molesey that I could have choosen from when I decided to relocate. My choice for using Rawlinson and Webber was because I already had the knowledge that they had an extremely good reputation and that every where I walk with my dog in and around the areas of Molesey I notice the Rawlinson and Webber for sale and rent boards more than any other estate agent in the area. My decision to move with Rawlinson and Webber did not disappoint as they did as they advertise...extremely professional and friendly. Throughout my move they kept me up to date and what helped with my stress levels enormously was their determination to firstly find me the exact property I wanted and secondly to proceed in making the necessary paperwork go through quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank Rawlinson and Webber enough for finding me my perfect home and making the whole experience effortless which is why I have no reservations in leaving this much appreciated and honest review. GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Bias and favoured the landlady sent us an email saying we removed landlady's blinds and half painted a wall when we didn't even though it wasn't in the check out report which he attached.Then he apologised after. Deducted £100 for removing picture hooks and a mounted cupboard even though there was already picture hooks up and they wasnt going to remove to the cupboard for the next tenancy... Deducted £60 for wiping a tap and defrosting a non frost free freezer. Worst agents I've come across. Be careful with them and take lots of pictures before and after. Dodgy.
