They are efficient and professional in their approach, but also apply the personal touch which really helps between landlord and tenant relations. GoogleI have in my many years as a property owner dealt with some really shody letting agents but Dowling Styles in absolutely the best in the area Gill particularly is absolutely fantastic and the properties they have available are quite amazing .The managing services they offer are absolutely the best and they have a team of maintenance men on hand to speedily attend to any problems the landlord /tenant may have with the property let.Do not go anywhere else . GoogleLast week I had a property viewing with one of the agents and she was absolutely great. She arrived early, showed me everything the property had to offer, answered every question that I had in a comprehensive manner, and allowed me to have plenty of time and space going through each and every room. After the viewing she was outstanding with her communication (even outside of working hours) alongside generally putting me at ease throughout the whole process. Based on this viewing and the paperwork progression alone I would recommend this agency, agent, and business in general. I am looking forward to working with them for years to come.

GoogleI have used Dowling Styles for some years now for my flat rental. Like everyone, I am looking tenants who pay the rent on time, keep the property clean and respect the neighbours. I know I can always rely on Gill & Mo to find the right tenants for my property. They have a great reputation in the area and I would highly recommend.

GoogleVery bad experience at a property viewing. Worst experience of my life. She sent me to the wrong address on purpose. How do you get 11 mixed up with 20. The man at #11 said his home was never up for sale or for letting so she did this to me on purpose. Embarrassing and humiliating and then she refused our offer and lied and said she would call us. I've never had discrimination like this. Unreal...

Gill and Mo went above and beyond during the whole process of renting, they were more than accomodating when i was running late to sign the lease (at Christmas!), negotiated for us with the landlady so we were able to get a dog and they are always promt to reply to any enqueries we have. By far the best local estate agents!

GoogleDowling Styles is without doubt the best property agent in the area; possibly the country. Honestly, I have dealt with so many agents and usually find myself dissapointed, having gone through the whole process of explaining what my needs are only to be shown properties that completley miss the brief. Most agents simply don't care what you want and will try push you into a property, withhold important information about the property or flat out lie, just so they can close a sale. Not so at Dowling Styles. Gill and Mo go above and beyond to make sure they find you a property to call home. When I initially spoke with Gill, she showed me a great little flat that I was ready to take there and then, (you know how it is when you find something you really like and the blinders go on). However when she saw that I had kids, Gill slowed me down and helped me assess my priorities. She knew it was not the right place for me. Gill didn't just know what I wanted, she knew what I needed. The next property was perfect in every way and my family and I lived in that house very happily for years. If you want an agent that listens to your needs, has an excellent relationship with their tenants/landlords and buyers/sellers; I would very highly recommend Dowling Styles. They are the benchmark by which all other agents should be judged. None come close.

GoogleAmazing to find such a concencious caring, professional well established agent that goes over and above for there tennants, clients and landlords, I have worked for property agents for the last twenty years providing heating, plumbing and gas services, I have never seen such well maintained and cared for properties. They will not compromise on standards and as far as I can ascertain quality is there obsession along with 100% customer satisfaction. I would be happy to my property in there safe hands. Strongly recommend them for rentals, sales and property management well done :-)
