They were very friendly and helpful in guiding me through the tenancy agreement process, and have subsequently helped me with a faulty hob unit, by replacing and fitting the unit almost immediately without fuss. Gill was extremely anxious to ensure that the job was done as soon as possible, and provided me with constant updates on the situation. Based on my personal experiences with Estate Agents and Landlords in the past, I can honestly say that Dowling Styles has been by far the best Agent I've used.
