GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. Ignorant personnel. By far the worst agency I have ever used. Tenants beware.
Hello Loma, I am sorry to see this review, it is not our usual service review. I cannot find your name on our system at all and therefore unable to determine what has caused this review. I would greatly appreciate if you could get in touch with me to discuss and I can investigate this matter. I am also not sure if you have perhaps mistaken us for another agency however if you could get in touch I would like to get to the bottom of this as soon as possible. Kind Regards Yvonne Moncur, Manager 01355458253 yvonne@propertystore-ek.com

GoogleExtremely unprofessional company. 'Holding fees' are unlawful yet these registered Landlords are still taking them.
We totally refute that we have charged any illegal fees, the funds received were in respect of rent due.
