Viridian Meadows Having decided that we wanted to move to a new build having lived in an old property for many years.Having started to search for our new home Avant Homes quickly caught our eye on the Avant website.An appointment was soon booked at Viridian Meadows. We met Caroline for the first time and straight away we felt at ease with her friendly, informal, professional way.It wasn’t long before we found our new home thanks to Caroline !! Back in April we had a drive out to Viridian Meadows in Desborough to have a look at the new site that opened their show home . We were only starting to get a feel for selling our home and downsizing .When we met Caroline in the sale office she made us both so so welcome explained the experience the journey and all about a new build . Here we are 3 months down the line and moved into a new home on Monday I want to give Caroline the sales advisor here the praise and recognition she deserves . Her personality, help , support along our journey has been amazing nothing has been to much trouble helping us choose our choices , chasing things always on hand to follow up a query, it definately made such a difference with her being so approachable and easy going. On moving in day she was there with our keys making us feel so so special. I want to THANK YOU Caroline for everthing you have done. Couldn’t have done it without you ⭐️

Pavilion acres site walsall. First time buyers and have such a lovely home. Communication I found a bit lacking. Mainly from avant legal to our legal. We would have to chase avant alot for things. Things were not Communicated with us properly BUT things all worked out in the end. We completed In June rather than the expected april/may. We reserved before any building work started so felt like so long. Now we are in our homes it's amazing. We had a private snag done and there was 87 problems, touch up here, paint there. But it was mainly decorative although 1 or 2 more minor issues. Adam and Bob were round regularly to check everything was okay. The problems raised were fixed almost immediately if not next day. Most of the snag list is already completed and the rest is booked in for next week. We had issues with deliveries and royal mail. Fiona and Adam were very helpful speaking with royal mail to get deliveries sorted. We are still with out bins as the council are a bit slow but Adam does provide regular skips to help us out.The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because I am still a bit sour about the Communication with the head office/legal teams, we almost pulled out and went else where due to not being able to raise our concerns.Site teams are amazing though.

Cadley Village Estate, Swadlincote - (Names removed for TrustPilot compliance)Buying process:Sales office agent 1: did the initial showroom tour, and talked me through the site. Spending time with me on my financials, and looking at the options coming up.Sales office agent 2: crafted a unique purchase deal for me, which met my needs better than the standard offers they had running.Sales office agent 3: was incredibly patient with me going through the options picks, and tweaked the deal further to make things go through smoothly.Sales office agent 4: did my move-in inspection, key exchange, and followed up on all the ancillary paperwork, always being thorough about chasing things up.Whilst I did get bounced between a few different sales people over the journey, and it felt like there was little handover between them, they were all great in their own rights, and it always felt like they were going above and beyond to help wherever they could make a difference.Move in condition:House was very clean, with a lot of attention to details. There was a mistake with which flooring had been laid, which honestly seeing it in place I preferred to the the one I picked, so did not request this to be corrected.I did get the lawn turfed, which by move in date, had become quite unwieldy (approx 12-14 inches tall)Also of note, the BT Openreach and Virgin Media lines were coiled up outside the house, and not plumbed into the ducting on move in date.SnaggingThe construction site manager was incredibly helpful, getting immediate fixes to some aspects,The two customer liaisons took the snagging report from the surveyor I used, and were fantastic about getting everything rectified in a very rapid time frameSnagging report turned up very little, a couple of blocked weep vents, a few bricks in the garage that needed repointing, a missing steam strip above the dishwasher. The rest was fairly trivial items, such as paint defects, and a few missing screw covers.Anything I've flagged up after the initial snagging, the customer liaisons have been fantastic about just sorting things out without any quibble.

Avant Homes - Pavilion Acres Walsall

Our experience with the sales team has been great. Fiona and Lisa have been our main contact. They maintained an open line of communication and always called back if they missed our call. They kept us informed of any changes and patiently answered all our questions as first-time home buyers.There was a slight change in the landscape plan after we signed, but it wasn't significant and we were okay with it. After receiving the keys, we encountered a few issues, including a leaking pipe due to improper installation. However, the team responded promptly and fixed everything the next working day.The construction site management (specifically Bob) has been fantastic in addressing any major issues we noticed, and they were incredibly helpful with garbage disposal. Setting up bins with the council for our new build was challenging, but the team assisted us until the bins arrived a month later.Unfortunately, the turf around the house was laid during a heatwave, and despite our efforts, it turned yellow. On the mending now after constant watering. We understand this was due to the timing of the turf order. Overall, the teams have been supportive and helpful throughout the process.

Myself and my partner were exploring all options of homes and were hesitant to view a new build. We were really unsure of the process and what options there were as our home is currently on the market. I enquired about Honeyman Park and we were lucky enough to have Jacqueline McPhee contact us. Jacqueline was patient with us and fully explained our options.We are always cautious in sales situations and can be easily put off by pushy sales tactics but Jacqueline really made the experience so positive and about us rather than the development. Jacqueline is so personable and we're really grateful that she will see us through this process. I am genuinely thrilled with the service we have been given and cannot sing her praises highly enough! I have just made the life changing decision to move out of my family home and into my very first home all on my own! I visited lots of developments in the same area having lived here with my family for 20 years. I visited Monkswood several times after I had seen the house type I fell in love with and also was taken round one that had just had the kitchen put in as they only have a 4 bed show home. I have spoken to many sales advisors from many developers and none have been as lovely, friendly, helpful as Lisa is! She honestly made the whole experience 10000/10. It was like having a friend in the sales centre who I couldn’t wait to tell the mortgage had been approved and I had exchanged contracts. I wanted a different kitchen layout to the one on plans, and Avant made it happen with no fuss. The after sale care has also been 10000/10. Ian and Dave are extremely helpful, and they always wave or say hello when they’re passing and always make sure everything is ok. They are very friendly and welcoming, I have both their numbers if anything goes wrong - and they always keep you up to date on the progress of anything! I cannot fault the majority of the workmanship inside, especially the bathrooms. I’ve had some snagging as is expected but very minor such as windowsills need touching up and the mastic needs redoing in the hall. Zara is very responsive and helpful! My washer switch didn’t work and they were round the same day I reported it to fix it! Avant homes for my first home has been 100% the best choice I have made. Lisa, Ian, Dave and Zara thank you, and anyone reading this just buy the house!

Excellent Team Member - Louise Fell

Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Louise Fell, an Avant representative at the Jackton Green Development. We showed up half an hour before our appointment but Louise welcomed us right away. Not only is she professional but she has a very friendly demeanour which is essential when selling a home to prospective buyers. Given the fact that buying a home can be one of lives stressful occasions, it is essential to build a rapport with the potential buyer. She is very informed of the site, giving important advice on the property and even providing a contact for a mortgage advisor. She has gone above and beyond and it is clear to see that she has a passion for real estate. Recently, when looking for a property, we have come across salespeople who behaved in different ways and unfortunately we felt like a nuisance most of the time. A robotic approach to merely show the property, offering next to no explantion of the benefits of buying with them and other important considerations. On the other hand, Louise was patient and kind, answering every question making us feel reassured. Given the fact that a salesperson is a representative of a company, Avant is very lucky to have such an employee. Louise is a breath of fresh air and if we decide to buy from Avant homes, she will be the advisor for us and any friends that are looking for a new home.More often than not, it can be difficult to write a review, however, we couldn’t leave her efforts unnoticed. Fantastic job by Nick and his team at Avant Homes - Bradley Point. Always going above and beyond our expectations making sure we were satisfied and happy with how things were. Nick and his team work quick and efficiently having our back patio finished within less than 45 minutes of us making the call. Not to mention the high standards of the work they’ve done on the rest of the house. Blown away how immaculate the house was with all jobs professionally finished, leaving no stone unturned. We’re both extremely happy to have had Nick as our site manager making sure everything was complete to the highest of standards. Leaving us with our perfect dream home. We recently visited your site at Easingwold. The sales person was called Abbie. We were extremely impressed by the way she looked after us. Abbie showed us round a couple of the houses we were interested in, these weren’t show homes. She also showed us around the site and pointed out the plots for the houses we are interested in. Abbie was extremely knowledgeable about the site and even commended the site team, telling how good and efficient and hard working they were. *Sales lady at Wilbur Chase was lovely, can't fault her. 2 family members have moved in within the last 6-8 months. The workmanship is terrible and after sales team are full of excuses! Numerous snags reported, and they are still ongoing. One contractor comes and says they can't do what needs snagging because they need another contractor to do something else. The second contractor then damages something else and it's 2 weeks waiting for a part to come. Staying in for contractors who say they're coming then don't turn up. Honestly, stay away from Avant.

We are first time buyers that recently bought from the Radford Meadows site. We reserved in March and the plot was ready in June which was the date we were told from the start - so no delays! The buying process was smooth, we did have a few changes in sales advisors that meant we didn’t get updates for a short period of time but that was quickly rectified. The current sales advisor Louise has been a delight to deal with, in our experience she puts the customer first and still continues to check in on you even after completion.The site team we have interacted with so far have been great, all are super friendly and happy to help. We can’t comment on how quickly they deal with snags yet as we have only just completed. However neighbours have passed on positive experiences.

The customer services manager on site (Angela) has been outstanding, always looking after us as first time buyers and ensuring that we were on the right path. No ask was ever too much for her. We viewed and enquired about Avant homes on site on several occasions and it was the arrival of Angela and her infectious enthusiasm, energy and relaxed demeanour that convinced us that this was the house for us.Sadly Angela was not on site for our move in day which could have gone better with no formal handover of keys conducted or the usual welcome ceremony conducted. Welcome box was left on door step with non welcome bow or introduction to our home. Left to enter property as doors were unlocked.
