Selling your home is not easy. No matter how organised and how relaxed we were at the onset, the process is stressful and fraught with unforeseens, but Tom Bedford was the most wonderful agent we could have hoped for. Claire Reynolds has been in the real estate business for 16 years and loves her job. You can tell - she is extremely good at it and I have never seen her without a big smile. I have been very impressed with her professionalism at every step of selling our family house. At the start of the process we got three different valuations and hers ended up being spot on. She and Savills' PR department worked very hard to present our property in the best possible way - I was very pleased with the listing particulars and our post received over 8,000 likes on Savills instagram account.Claire gave me feedback after every viewing, remained positive and Savills sent regular updates on progress. Claire had a targeted approach - the first viewer through our front door ultimately was our purchaser with her second viewer just as keen but, due to Covid, slightly behind in timing.So many prospective purchaser’s now have buying agents. Claire and her expertise weights the odds in your favour. She also worked to protect us from the inevitable static that can arise in the period between a successful offer and exchange as a result of the purchaser’s surveyor, architect, buyer’s agent and solicitor all trying to get the very best for their client. She is commercially minded and drives the deal forward with an iron fist in a velvet glove. Claire is very supportive and every interaction I have ever had with her ends by her saying “ Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help”. Her recommendations of two conveyancing solicitors (ours had retired to Malta) and a removals firm were all excellent.It goes without saying I cannot recommend Claire highly enough - and will be doing so to all my friends.

We have been greatly impressed by the service received from all of the team at Savills from start to finish. They went out of their way to make a very complicated sale as simple as possible for us. We have dealt with Chris for the past 10 years for both buying and selling. He is extremely knowledgeable, great to work with and contactable round the clock, which for us has been important given we are often overseas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEED INVESTIGATING. If you do wish to deal with Savilles then a word of advice: be armed with Environmental Health and Safety contacts before hand! (You'll need it) Not even 1 star. This company is run by greedy little men. Zero diplomatic skills for solving issues. More concerned about getting bodge builders in to do cheap unsafe work on houses that are unfit for staying in. They do not care for children's safety. They only care about ripping landlords and tenants off for money. In our case Savilles were caught out LYING to the landlord and subsequently got found out when Environmental Health and Safety got involved. Worst company in the UK.

Listed MillSavills staff - and particularly Jeremy Kemp - worked very hard to achieve the sale of a lovely converted mill which I unexpectedly found myself having to deal with, as administrator of the estate of a family connection. The late owner had died suddenly, leaving no orderly paperwork about the property and the restoration work he'd carried out over a long period, nor how to look after the mill pond. Jeremy went to great lengths to market the property and to show it at its best and his enthusiasm for the mill was a significant contributing factor in achieving a sale despite the difficulties of selling during the Covid-19 situation. I valued his judgement and experience in what was a very difficult situation, not least because I live a long way from the property. Thank you - job well done.

We have recently purchased a property through Savills Wimborne Office. We dealt with Jamie Morten. It was a protracted and often fraught purchase because we commenced the purchase just before lockdown due to Corona Virus. Jamie is diligent, conscientious, offered good advice (even though his client was actually the vendor). He never failed to return my calls or emails speedily. He is very protective of his clients interest and we would definitely use his services should we ever sell this property. I will miss my regular conversations with him.
