I would 100% recommend to use Peacehaven branch Sussex Cubbit and West to sell your Property.I found them all to be very professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful during the whole process to the degree in my opinion, they even carried out a lot of the work for the buyer of my property to help it go through as it was not being done by her estate agent so she was really going on Cubitt and West all the timeI can’t thank all the staff enough, Karen Sayde David as well as all that were involved in working on my property and especially Gary, who, for over four months was overseeing the sale of the property that wasn’t smooth running, but managed through Hardwork and knowledge, and as said earlier by supporting our buyer as well to achieve the goal of selling our property

The staff are great, especially Edward Gilmore, Zoey McGovern and Julie Bramble at the Southsea branch. Edward was my first point of contact and Julie has been holding my hands throughout the sale. They are both very professional, Julie is always, helpful, patience and been following up every step of the administrative side of the sale. Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Always able to speak to them nothing was to much to ask even when my buyer looked like they was going to pull out last minute they was trying there hardest to get this resolved. And even on day of exchange they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Cubitt & West for anyone looking to sell their property in Crawley. I switched over to them after 6 months with a bigger estate agent after being frustrated and disappointed with their service, marketing and lack of communication. Nichole and her team from Cubitt & West were the complete opposite. They were very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process. They gave me honest advice, arranged viewings quickly and within a few weeks I had accepted an offer. They also handled the sale smoothly and kept me updated regularly. Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.

Very impressed with the service from the Cubitt & West Southsea office and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by The Building Safety Act, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible. We can’t thank Julie enough for her communication skills (and patience), which proved invaluable in negotiating unfamiliar territory, ensuring all parties were kept informed and up to date on progress, we couldn’t have done it without you!

We use Cubitt and West to market and manage our rental property. Our contact in the Lettings Department is Holly. Holly is always conscientious, patient and polite. If she promises a call back she always fulfils that promise. Tenant vetting is good and we rarely have any vacant time. The service is highly recommended.

Our house sale was always going to be problematic; elderly father moving in with his daughter and son in law over 150 miles away and us needing to sell his old home. Trying to facilitate all this from a long distance was stressful and challenging. However Cubitt and West supported us so well throughout the process and Julie Bramble went above and beyond in order to support us, chase solicitors and paperwork, while constantly updating us due to the sale being 'long distance'.
