TrustpilotCubbit & West great experience
Cubbit & West are very good at their job. We bought a flat through them and since day one they were accommodating to us. Buying our property was very stressful but people like Stephen, Nish & Karen help us all through out the process and made our first property purchase successful!

GoogleWhy such a sore loser attitude? Alex Pink of East Grinstead brunch did our evaluation visit but could not accept our decision to proceed with another agent and proceeded to make a number of follow-up calls to my wife criticising our decision and other agents. All of his numbers are now blocked on her phone and we are confident that we will never work with this agency.

TrustpilotDo not use their solicitors!!!!
Nothing against Cubitt and West as such but DO NOT use their in house solicitor DC Law. Once they have a deposit from you, you will never be able to contact them again!! Use a local solicitor!! I’ve read no good reviews and I’ve been caught out, lucky it’s not held up a purchase or sale but I cannot get my money back!!
