Dear Alex, we understand the situation relating to your move, however with such a fast-paced market as Sidmouth we simply cannot accommodate viewings where people are still having to market their own property. We advise all home movers to market their own home, even if they live in a desirable area and if they have a good agent, they will manage their interest accordingly without causing undue pressure. Please do let us know when you are marketed and we will be happy to see which properties are suitable at that stage.

We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

GoogleWe bought a flat through Bradleys, very easy to arrange the initial viewing, after which we made an offer that was accepted. We visited the flat on four more occasions. Bradleys were able to find a local builder that was able to check that the building works could be done and a structural engineer who was also able to confirm the work that we wished to complete was possible. These meetings were made through the agent's personal contacts both quickly and efficiently.
Bradleys kept the sale moving and without their attention we would have pulled out long before completion. The issues that occurred were "sorted out". We have since moved in and are delighted with the property and really happy with our purchase.

GoogleHaving experienced very poor service bordering on incompetence and arrogance from both Exeter and Budleigh Salterton branches of Bradleys, we were naturally concerned when we contacted the Sidmouth branch regarding a property for sale. We were met by Billie, who couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and personable. As things turned out, she showed us around several properties until we found our perfect new home. She kept us informed during the sales process and always responded quickly to queries. Ben, the manager, was also helpful and made himself available when needed. GoogleWith such a quick turnaround in the rental market a degree of communication is required by a company. This is lacking from Bradleys. The intrusive application process is excessive and bordering on an invasion of privacy. Hopefully new legislation will give renters the right to ask similarly personal and financial questions of potential landlords and their agents, helping us decide if we are happy to rent a property from them.

Following such high demand for lettings properties, we have had to increase the questions we ask ahead of arranging appointments to ensure the property and tenants are suited.
