GoogleThis Estate Agents were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. From Harry showing us around the properties, who was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we wanted - to Fiona, who is an absolute asset to Bradley's and getting everything pushed forwards under some really difficult setbacks. We were so pleased with them and recommend them to anyone, buying or selling. These are your people!

GoogleWhilst we have yet to complete our purchase, we have been very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of Hannah Walker, who has handled us throughout. She has been hugely helpful with local knowledge, as we are moving from out of the area, and conducted the negotiations promptly and diligently. We couldn't ask for more.

Saw a property to rent that looks ideal so clicked online to arrange a viewing. Took about 30 minutes to complete their registration as I had to open an Experian account to get my credit score - among other things!

GoogleA local business shout-out to Bradleys Estate Agents in Exmouth. My property in Exmouth first went on the market two and a half years ago. One pandemic, three failed sales later and much stress and creative thinking, we finally completed the sale today. Throughout that time the team at Bradleys were brilliant, always ready with good advice, sympathy, and understanding, always on top of the details, always answering phone calls and messages in seconds, always happy to make the difficult phone-calls, always patient and cool-headed when it was all going wrong. Completely professional, but always personal. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond.

GoogleRental side are totally unprofessional, no knowledge, no responsibility, no respect absolutely useless. For any small problem you must wait weeks until someone from maintenance come and also they need weeks to resolve your complaint. I'm their customer since June 2015 and they still treat me like an outsider.Pleasse avoid

GoogleWe had a great experience buying our property though Bradleys Estate Agents in Exmouth. Coming from Hertfordshire it was always a bit of a mission to work in viewings around 2 young boys and school holidays but all the staff at Bradleys were very accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions. We are so excited to move into our new home and felt very supported and cared for when things got tricky with our big move.

GoogleRental side is Extremely unprofessional ,no honesty just keep you hanging on and on with no true answers, 14 day holding deposit that was extended 3 times didn't know where I was ,then they have the audacity to keep the deposit as I had to pull out and find somewhere to live asap. Beware if you go through these guys

GoogleExcellent process from start to finish I was kept well informed regarding all viewings and interest shown in the property being sold. The feedback after each viewing was in a timely and constructive manner, in addition I received a weekly update phone call which I found very helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending Bradleys Estate Agents where all the staff I came into contact with were both delightful and helpful.

GoogleAmazing team who sold our property within 4 weeks of putting our property on the market! We where updated weekly with interest and new ideas with how to sell our property. Once the sale was agreed we were again updated with progress on a weekly basis and kept in the loop. Nothing was too much trouble would definitely use again. Thank you !
