GoogleWe would like to say thank you to Georgina for being so helpful throughout the process of purchasing our first home. Unfortunately there were a few issues along the way but Georgina was always very quick to give us an update which was nice and reassuring. Thanks again and we highly recommend Percival & Company.

GoogleOver a 1 year tenancy I found the staff rude and dismissive. I’m not expecting the world as estate agents are busy but some simple people skills and manners wouldn’t go a miss. This is a shame as the property I rented was lovely but the poor maintenance of it and general attitude of the agents meant I did not want to renew the tenancy. I would absolutely not recommend as a tenant however as a landlord it may be a better experience. Despite the general rep of franchised agents, in a month with them I have found them to be far more personable, approachable and willing to help.

It is still hard to believe that from a simple enquiry, Georgina had sold my late Mother's property within one week. We have been so impressed with your approachability, professionalism and can do attitude which is very refreshing and obviously achieves great results. We have been kept informed throughout and the advice we have received has been very welcome and spot on. Last, but not least, we are delighted with the price and we all feel that you definitely earned your fees. We will certainly be recommending Percivals to anyone we know who is looking to sell or buy property.

GoogleHave dealt with the team at Percivals for many, many years (as have other members of the family) and they really are a hidden gem within the property market of north Essex. They are always friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with. The team is always bubbly and bright with a great eye for detail and sense of old fashioned fair play. Something to be cherished and not undervalued these days.

We recently were accepted on an offer we made for a property via a sealed bid, we were immediately pressed for our personal details including bank statements, identification, solicitors details etc. All of this was to be sent via email in an unsecured fashion which breaches GDPR, potentially leaving us open to identity fraud. We went along with this regardless and contacted solicitors immediately for conveyancing quotes.

GoogleGreat trustworthy company. We rented a flat in Earls Colne for 2+ years. Service was great. Georgina who managed our property was always quick to respond to any repairs that needed carrying out throughout our tenancy. We were also impressed with how they dealt with our handover. Percivals recognised that we had looked after the property and we feel that they were very fair with regards to returning our deposit.
