Trustpilot+ Nice houses BUT.....
+ Nice houses, lots of space, site managers can be helpful- People who built the houses have the attention to detail of a blind chimpanzee. Appallingly slapdash with no quality control. Expect the customer to do their quality control. Quite good at fixing the snags but shockingly bad at building the houses with any degree of care

We brought a Charles Church house in The Ridings, Co Durham. Can’t speak highly enough about Sandy ( sales admin) who was on the ball at all times, helpful and very thorough. Love our house and any little snags were quickly sorted out by the team in Customer Care in Durham. Highly recommend the Charles Church team as professional and efficient. Thanks!!

It’s true what they say , once your moved in no one cares about any problems you may have from broken appliances to incorrect fittings to shoddy brickwork , the list goes on and on and literally no one cares ; priority building new houses as fast as they can, BEWARE before you invest in Charles church

So far my dealings with Charles Church have been positive. The sales executive has been very helpful and thorough. However, an accurate review can only be possible when the quality and finishing of my new home has been inspected after it has been built.

I regret the purchase. Poor quality build. No quality inspection done when I fed back to NHBC some one called me and asked the reason for the feed back. She gave me her contact details but there after never heard from the same person. I am still struggling to get things sorted out.

I moved into my home some years ago, and I have to say the standard of workmanship is poor at best, we have had numerous issues that are still to be rectified, and the customer Service is none existent.Try another builder if I was you.

On top of poor quality of build the customer service is poor. Reported water logging in garden due to drainage no one turned up till date.Turn around time and responses are poor. Don't care about you after the sales. Very stressful journey with the builder.
