They know their market, are truthful and honest about viewings and feedback and are all easy to contact on the phone when necessary

I do not recommend this agency, they do not answer the phone, we were deceived, there was supposed to be no chain, but it turned out that there was, Before buying, repairs were supposed to be done, as bad as a broken hinge in the main door, there was no handle to exit to the garden from the kitchen, 3 skips of rubbish, we were assured that it would be done, after exchanging contracts, the agency's answer "that's how it sometimes is". This is unacceptable. After finalizing the contracts, they do not care about anything anymore. I definitely do not recommend!!!!

Wouldn't recommend this estate agents to anyone! Asks you personal questions before you even view the property. You give them all the information to pass there "checks" to see if you would be accepted to be declined anyway. Very misleading and rude. The staff have awful customer service with couldn't give a crap attitude. Avoid at all costs.

FacebookI had a wonderful experience with the Kingsthorpe office. Marcus, Lewis and Olivia did a fabulous job finding the right buyer for my Mums house. They were so good about keeping me informed throughout the entire transaction. Even while I was part of the time in USA, and we juggled different time zones. They are such a lovely and professional team. I would highly recommend them. A massive thank you.

Really pushy agent who persuaded me to ignore my buildings report and supplied me with a roofers report of a roofer of the agent's knowing, stating the roof of the house I was buying was fine, when now that I'm in the house it turns out the builder report was right, the whole lot is rotten and needs replacing ASAP. Then they pushed the sale threatening that it falls through and with this forcing my hand and so ending negotiations. If you buy with this agent, be prepared to be lied at, manipulated and backstabbed.

I am a investor looking to purchase a property. Emailed to arrange a viewing for a property week ago. No response for over one week. Called last week to to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl. I was advised that she will arrange a viewing but not got back to me 4 days gone. phoned on Saturday no one to pick up the phones. gets an automated message to leave a message but the mail box is full. Today I phoned again to check and the property is sold. Poor quality of service !

They only care about the landlords. They talk to tenants like dirt. Once in the property, they don’t leave you alone, 4 years we have lived here and we’ve had 8 inspections. You can cancel or postpone inspections if you work at home and they don’t cover lost wages. Rude, greedy, obnoxious and arrogant. Every person that works there, looks down at you. All posh tories. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Extremely unprofessional lettings agent, staff need to be retrained! I travelled 2.5 hours in the rain to view this property, I called their offices to let them know I was running slightly late, was advised by their staff member that it was absolutely fine as the lettings negotiator Alana had no appointments after mine. I reached the property and stood in the rain knocking for 15 mins and called office over 7 times! NO NASWERwhen I finally got through to them, they lied about our previous discussion and told me nothing would be done!Horrible service by this company, I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID AND USE ANOTHER AGENT!

Absolute shambles of a company, please avoid especially if you are a tenant, they couldn't give a monkeys about you! We had the dis pleasure of living in a house they were the letting agents of for 3 long years, and I have never experienced such abysmal customer service and as many people who are completely incompetent at every level! We reported faults on the property countless times only to be ignored time and time again, then when we did chase them up over the phone they only come back at you with attitude or laughter, say they are going to call you back and then never do, nothing ever got fixed in our house and i have been waiting to write this review for so long, they pass the buck every time and do nothing to help you, i could go on all day about how bad they are. Not sure if they have too many customers or they are just all terrible at their jobs but either way i would not use them if they were the last estate agents on earth. Not deserved of 1 star, should get 0.

Just spoke t the lettings people in Weston Favell, Northampton. I had made email enquiries to view a property for rent and filled in their form for details. Had heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgement so called. Had to provide the details again. We do not meet their requirements as we have not been back in the UK for very long and they could not consider an alternative arrangement to tax returns. The bit that upset me is when I said that we should then not look at properties they have I did not even get a ok goodbye, the agent just hung up the phone. Terrible thing to do whatever you think of the person on the other end and I was just being direct.

This company are the worst. They try to undersell in price to pass on to the builders or other clients . When you move to another estate agent to sell your property, they put the property back on the market you had agreed to buy from a builder whom hasn’t been in that position before. Then you sell for 30,000 more and wonder what is happening. Like the property a few house down a 5 bedroom they under valued , disgusting. They have a high turnover of staff whom they treat awfully . When we moved to our new estate agents they had a terrible trouble with Oriordan bonds . Disgraceful behaviour. NEVER GO TO THEM they are the cowboy of Estate agents in Northampton

They will tell you anything to sell a property including lies. They told me there was an allocated parking space and after buying the property, I realised that there isn't. Always check the details with a proper solicitor, not a conveyancer, don't believe a word of what they tell you or what is said on their adverts.

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else. Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.

I wish I could 0 or even less stars for these frauds. They are scammers. Told us at the last moment that we cannot move into the property and we were on the verge of becoming homeless. The staffs are liars and so as their managers. Luckily we managed to get away from these scammers. I will moving to file a legal case on them anyway. Dont know how they are even allowed to operate into the UK.

TrustpilotMoving out because of their scam attempts
If you are a tenant, avoid them at all costs. They have several times made requests that contradicted my tenancy agreement and current law. I was forced to get independent legal advice since they misinformed me of the law so persistently. They will only stop to harass you when they understand that you are aware of your legal rights.We have served notice to move somewhere else nearby. Yes, we go through the hassle of moving just to not have to deal with this agency anymore. They are ridiculous. If you are a landlord, you should probably avoid them at all costs as well.
