Good service all round. House sold within a week with multiple offers. Then Covid-19 struck. Parkers kept things moving and despite a chain break further down got us there through some complicated times. Somer, our main link was heroic in keeping on top of things and keeping up the momentum. Well, I have to say they did okay for me. They priced it a bit high at the beginning (par for the course?) but once it was reduced, it sold for a reasonable amount in a reasonable time. They were pretty good with follow up / communication, usually informing me before my own solicitor!
