GoogleI'm sure they are a good estate agent, but I have a very clear sign on my letterbox saying no leaflets or flyers, yet this company thought it was ok to completely ignore it and put their advertising through my door.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately the leaflet drop gets sent out by Royal Mail. Please could you email the office on ealing@winkworth.co.uk with your address so we can try and resolve this for you.

GoogleRecently sold our flat through Winkworth. Very professional throughout. Fiona gave us great advice and support as our tenant left the property before we marketed for sale in terms of how to deal with issues arising from this and best strategy going forward. Nic, our sale negotiator, was always polite, honest and available to take calls or respond to emails.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with the Winkworth team. My son was moving from the U.S. to the U.K. and we had to do everything remotely. Emanuele sent a video and all the details which helped us make the right decision. They were communicative and professional and we couldn't be happier with the decision we made. They are also the property managers and we have a few little things that came up and were handled immediately. I would use them any opportunity that I might have. Five stars.

GoogleI spent months looking for a suitable long term flat in the area and when I met Julia, she made the hunt so much easier. She was extremely responsive, not pushy and transparent throughout the entire letting process. April in the office was also very prompt and clear on the contractual process so we knew how the process worked and it was minimal fuss for us. If you are looking for an agency to support you in your house hunt/ rental letting, then I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleWe’d been trying to sell our period three-bed semi for a year, using two different local agents and an online agent. However, we had only low offers or acceptable offers that then fell through. Frustrated, we took our property off the market for several weeks and then appointed Winkworth, Ealing. Unlike other agents we’d used and met, who were high-pressure and bullishly over-confident about the speed at which they could find us a buyer and the price they could get, Narendra brought a more considered and thoughtful approach to the sale which we liked. We felt he spoke honestly, straightforwardly and from considerable experience. Zack, who conducted the viewings, was an excellent communicator who gave us timely, detailed feedback on what viewers thought. He steered us through negotiations with two potential buyers and, once we’d accepted an offer, made sure the legal side of things kept moving. Within three months of placing our property with Winkworth we’d exchanged contracts. Having experienced other agents, we’d definitely recommend Winkworth as we just found the level of advice and service they offered was better. As there were quite a few properties in the chain the process took a while, but I always felt I knew what was going on.
