GoogleMy wife and I lived in a property they managed. They rented out the flat to us with multiple repairs that needed doing, we had to ask multiple times for their help, with which they took months to sort out. They couldn't even sort out getting a correct gas certificate properly. During the pandemic, they asked us to leave as our landlord had to move back in. I couldn't work due to shielding and they made us jump through multiple hoops to get a tiny discount off the last months rent. On top of that they kept trying to get money out of us from the deposit on base-less and unsubstantiated grounds and we had to take it to arbitration. We asked for a contractors quote multiple times, and when they eventually sent one to us, it was very obviously fake - no reference number, not written like a quote at all, nothing came up when searching their name or contact number on Google etc. They kept adding things on, whilst using a number of manipulation and confusion tactics. In the end they had to drop their extortionate claim during the dispute with DPS as they didn't have any tangible proof. I wouldn't ever rent a flat from them again, and I really hope no one else has to deal with the amount of stress they caused myself and my wife due their greed.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleTuffin & Wren are everything that a local, independent estate agent should be. We have used them to sell two homes in Northfields and South Ealing respectively, and in both instances they achieved our asking price within one week, out-performing prevailing market conditions. From their first appraisal to sale completion, they provided excellent advice, overall marketing and regular feedback. They remained hands-on throughout to facilitate the sales to successful completions. This was also applicable when we purchased the first property, when they acted elsewhere in the chain, and when we purchased the second, for which they were the selling agents. We have found their personal, professional and polite approach second to none, and would have no hesitation in using their services again, or recommending them to family and friends.

From both the seller and buyer side their advice and professionalism are great and, in our experience, rare. I would use no one else and recommend T&W without reservation.

GoogleThey managed the property we rented and didn't help us repair anything when we asked. When we moved out, they tried to rinse us for a ridiculous amount of money because some numbers had worn off on an oven dial. These guys are an actual joke.
